5 starsA very professional and attentive property management company! Chris was amazing in providing me timely and accurate information. I would highly recommend his services as it is more than obvious he has a vast real estate and rental market knowledge. Chris was always very organized and efficient in my dealings with him. This was a cross country move which was made so much easier and stress free by Chris's positive attitude and professionalism. Thank you Chris for everything. 5 starsWe live in New York, and hired Chris to manage the rental of a property we purchased in Dartmouth. Chris was excellent to work with, and I highly recommend doing business with him.
Chris was able to work around my demanding schedule, and took early morning calls with me more than once, which was greatly appreciated.
At each stage of the process, Chris was extremely clear, and communicated exactly what information he needed, why he needed it, and what form it ought to take.
Chris was prompt about doing what he said he'd do, and let me know well in advance if there would be delays, and why.
Chris researched the market, suggested pricing, and provided evidence to back up his suggestion. He was also knowledgeable about the impact of decisions like the inclusion of pets on prices in the current market.
Chris created an excellent advertisement for the property, distributed it through many channels, and handled the logistics of showing the property and vetting applicants. When he had applicants he thought were a good fit, he talked me through the application and the evidence for his assessment in detail.
Thanks to Chris' hard work, we were able to rent the property quickly, to high quality tenants, at the right price. Couldn't be happier about the service we received.Chris Ryan Property Management Services
