5 starsChris Ryan has been an excellent property manager for the apartment we have just moved into. He is direct, responsive, and has educated us immensely on renting in HRM. He also gave us tips on how to get a lease takeover for our old apartment, which is certainly outside his job description! I contacted him regarding the rental property and he was very professional from the day one. He is just amazing. He is honest, clear with points, documentation is 100% accurate, communication is top notch. He was able to answer all our questions, concerns and made the process so easy. We trusted him completely and thats how it became so simple for us to rent our very first home in Halifax.
