5 starsI hired Chris to Manage my rental property back in the fall. I was impressed with his knowledge and responsiveness. Chris is very professional and offered great advice to maximize return and reduce potential hazards and liabilities. I sleep much better now knowing I have a trustworthy professional managing my investment.

5 starsMoving house can be stressful, and moving countries is beyond overwhelming! Thankfully from the moment I contacted Chris Ryan, he was willing to help and provide his guidance on the process. He kept us informed and ensured that we had one less thing to worry about. He went above and beyond in order to accommodate our travel arrangements and worked with us every step of the way. 5 starsChris has been our property manager for almost two years now. We were new to the game and needed a quick solution for a rental due to a military move. His professionalism, problem solving attitude, and respect for our time and money has earned him our respect and trust.
Of particular note is the throughoughness and effort he puts into sourcing quality tenants for our property, providing us with a detailed summary and recommendations for moving forward. It has been wonderfully low stress renting our property from afar even though it has had some periodic issues - without Chris it would have been very challenging. 5 starsI, like many, was in pickle trying to find a place to live Halifax. messaging dozens of property managers I got a solid look at what the industry had to offer and it was not always great.
I found an opportunity and worked with Chris to get the lease. He was professional, thorough and easy to deal with on the on-boarding. I have no evidence to think he will be anything less as the property manager for my current lease.
