  Loads of very nice pictures but its * ****. They take your money but never send a product.

  I wish I could rate them lower! They seem to ** * ****. I placed an order in Jan 2023 and paid with ******. When I had received no products by July, I emailed them asking for an update. No response. I emailed them again. No response. I left three phone messages for them. No response. I posted on their ******** page asking for an order update, and got Blocked. I contacted ******, who also asked for an order update, and received no response. I opened a dispute with ******, and ****** then refunded my order. I have since joined a ******** support group of former customers of this company. There are many, many former customers who did not receive their orders, and unfortunately, many of them were unable to get refunds. I will never place an order with this company again, and would advise any potential customers to research them carefully before sending them any payment.

  If I could rate it a 0 I would! Ordered June 2023. No phone option for customer service. Ignore emails for weeks. Order $430 Only partial delivery of order in November 2023 after countless emails and major delays and frustration. So now March 2024. I try to email- no option for that. There’s a chat function. I requested an update and a delivery confirmation or a refund. They typed that I was abusive. No abusive language used. I’m still owed $200 of plants. Now the plants delivered in November- pots full of moss. Diseased leaves and half way dead. So they block me from “chat” because I wanted either a firm delivery date or a refund. So I went looking online for a ** group or something so I could message them as the person said to have any further contact I would have to creat another account and behave myself. The kind of language I used with them is the same kind of language im using here. Definitely not abusive . On ** I did find a group of people just like me. Enticed by the beauty of the photos- I call it plant ****, and they were also just like me. Some loosing thousands others hundreds. All of us with incomplete orders and blocked for abuse. I feel they are a **** company and should actually ** ******* **** *****. Definitely do not trust them. ****** ********* ******

  ******** - DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE MONEY!! THEY ***** $241 FROM ME OVER A YEAR AGO. NEVER SHIPPED ANYTHING AND BLOCKED ME WHEN REQUESTING A REFUND.

  Do not order. Their ad "first time order receives 15% non discounted items off did not happen. I spent lots of time picking my plants planning to spend over $2,000. only to find out this is *****. When I chatted it was with A1, not a real person therefore I got no where.

  ******** ****, do not order from this company. It is the same as Canadian Tree Nursery. I'm out almost $400 since 2022!

  This company Canadian Tree Nursery previously Mountain Edge Nursery have refused to even get back to me. I ordered $650 worth of various plants in the spring of 2022 and when I eventually received the plants, (late July) not only were some of them in bad shape, but they sent me many wrong plants. Since then I have sent emails asking them to replace what they sent in error or at least compensate me and have been completely ignored. Not a good company to deal with in my opinion.

  This place is a ****. I ordered 150.65 worth of phlox on July 18th. I attempted to cancel the order on July 25th - they advised there was a 25 percent cancellation fee and a 30 to 60 business day wait for the refund. I still can’t tell from my credit card statement if I received it. On December 20, just before Christmas, 4 very dead plants showed up at my door.

  Placed order back in August 2023. Never received products. Reached out via email on numerous occasions to get update on shipping timeframe and/or provide a refund. Have sent several requests for refund, still have never been reponded to. Out almost $1000.00 DO NOT BUY from this **** company!
