    Agreed total ****...No plants and no refund after six months of waiting.Be aware they have changed their name to ******** Tree Nursery.They should get minus stars...

    I ordered plants from this company and waited months past the spring delivery as promised. 5 plants have died and the company will not respond to phone calls or emails. They are still sending me emails to order plants Highly recommend customers stay away from this company and do not send them money for plants that are not as advertised if you even get them

    TOTAL ****...ordered $400 worth of trees in April and have not heard a thing nor received my trees...STAY AWAY!!

    This company operates a real ****.....take your money and don't deliver a product. Ordered a peony in February 2023....$40 plus $30 for shipping plus $3.50 = $73.50. Emailed them to enquire about delivery....no response. Have since discovered this happens all the time. These people are ******.

    Please be very careful of this business. I wish I had read the comments here before placing a large online order. They have informed me I will not be receiving a refund and will not be receiving my plants as well and I should take them to court. Very sad and they are continuing to try sell plants online. Beware!

    I guess there is nothing less then 1 star and now I wished I had read the reviews, only difference is the dates . Ordered in August 2022 for fall delivery and in Nov. they said it was ready to be sent according to their schedule with ****** Post now it is Jan.20/23 and no reply from the last 3 emails .     I placed an order in February 2022 for $730 including delivery. I have not received the plants to date (Jan 2023) nor have i received a refund despite numerous emails and phone calls.
    Dont deal with them, they are not ******* and not professional.

    I ordered from Mountain Edge Nursery in March/April 2022. I was informed that the Strawberry plant would be delivered in the summer. I was notified that it would be delivered, the plant never arrived. The company that ships the plants informed me that my order was withdrawn.
    After numerous attempts to contact them I finally got a note that I would get my shipment for "fall planting". Nothing has arrived, no notice either, it is now November. I am going to demand a refund if they ever answer my e-mail that I just sent. They never answer their phone either. This is just the worst online order I have ever dealt with.
