    I placed 3 separate orders I have received nothing in return other than a bot when trying to contact them Have been trying to get a refund Cant speak to anyone no email address and no phone number Very dishonest business collects money and refuses service or any kind of product

    This company said they had a five foot yellow iris for sale ****** very rare. I bought it in 2024 along with four potted flowers. Did not get them. Now a finance company is trying to get monies out of me to the tune of ***** a month. I cancelled my cards. I did not sign any papers etc nor did I receive what I had ordered

    ************* $372.75 taken from me with no delivery of any products. Their "live Support Bot" chat is all FAKE. Round and round with NO results EVER. No emails in reply to my concerns BUT more emails to buy more from them!! DO NOT GET SUCKED IN BY THE PRETTY PICTURES!!!!

    Seems like I am another abused victim of this nursery. I placed an order on June 2024 for the amount of $194 and at this day, never received my items, but always with the promise that I will receive, now shipping date identified in the fall 2025!!! I tried to communicate with their online "live chat support" but concluded with no concrete solution. I tried to ask for full reimbursement today but been again referred to go to their "live chat support" and again resulted with no conclusion.... Reading the reviews, seems like I lost my $194.....

    This business also goes by Canadian Tree Nursery. They ripped me off for almost $200. When I contacted them for a refund they said it would take 60 days. When the 60 days came and went I contacted them again. They said I was harassing them and they would no longer communicate with me and would not issue my refund. Stay away!!

    Canadian tree nursery scammed me and many others. I ordered 10 months ago and haven't received anything. Only getting the runaround. DO NOT ORDER FROM CANADIAN TREE NURSERY!!!!!

    I placed an order February 2024 for two trees ($254 dollars) and so far i haven't received anything. Tried to email customer service 2 times and no reply. Now they have a new website and just online chat. I can't get in touch with anyone to get my money back. Why is this business still active?
