    I ordered in good faith 4 orders. to date ( 6 months later) I have not received two of the orders( over ****** with delivery costs0. also I get no response as to why or when will I receive the orders or my money back. recommend DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY).

    I placed my order in early April, 2024 for 2 trees. I paid them over $300 and still have not received them on Sept 7, 2024. I've contacted them by email many times with no meaningful response. I'm not sure what my next step will be. PLEASE do not order from them.

    Also been scammed by this company. Ordered a single tree in August and no communication regarding the order & no responses to their chat. No number to call. Why have they not been shut down and criminally charged?! I cannot charge back because now they only accept e transfer payments, since I guess their scam didn't work when people charged back on their credit cards. They should be arrested!

    I ordered a Mulberry tree in the new year 2024. I received my order in late April. When it arrived it was simply a stick about 10 tall. Not a single leaf on the plant. I emailed them to inquire about a replacement and received no response. I tried to find a contact number to call in person and have since discovered there is no way to have direct contact. Sending a message through the support chat online has been frustrating. I receive only long pages to read through and no actual help. The Mulberry Tree is still just a stick. It has had zero growth. This is the worst company I have ever had to deal with. Dont waste your money! You will be disappointed. If I could select zero stars, I would.

    I placed an order in May for a little over $100 and wish I had read the reviews of the company first. I have not received my order and emails to the company go unanswered. This company should be shot down immediately before it does more harm to buyers looking for rare plants and think they have found a safe place to shop. What a scam.

    I ordered two trees from canadiantreenursery.com (same business) on March 31st, 2024, (Invoice #*****) for $225.75. No product was ever delivered and have not have any response after emailing them about 40 times. Still trying to get a refund as it has been over 4 months.

    I placed an order with Canadian Tree Nursery (a business name of Mountain Edge Nursery) on March 7th, 2024.I paid for the order via Interac eTransfer per their requirement to save the additional fee applied for credit card use.I reached out to the company in May to advise I had not received my order. They sent me the FAQs that stated as I placed my order after September 2023 that it would be delivered by July 15th, 2024.Today is July 26th, I had reached out to the company July 16th and no response to my query has been received.I would like to warn others not to order from this company. If there was a negative star rating I would have chosen that.

    This site is a scam I finally received my order but it was a mess of dead plants Follow-up messages are ignored and only reference there conditions which were followed exactly with no result but same loop reply to conditions It seems I am part of the masses being cheated and scammed by Canadiantreenursery.com

    I ordered a Hibiscus' Watermelon Ruffles since the beginning of March 2024. To date, July 24, 2024, I have not received this flower plant. I contacted Mountain Edge Nursery several times via e-mail and by chat. No response received. My money is lost.*******
