    I placed an order for flowers in October 2023 for delivery in the spring of the following year, expecting them to be delivered in May 2024. However, I have not received them. The delivery was then postponed to mid-July, and now it has been delayed to September. This is unacceptable. Throughout the process, there was no proactive communication from your company. After payment, it feels like a scam. I am very angry!

    I ordered 350$ worth of plants in April/24. Cant reach them. No plants. No phone number to call. Definitely a terrible company. I have used their chat and just get references to their policies. Its now July 19 and no order. I have requested a refund but no response. Very frustrating.

    If I could give them a 0 I would. I ordered a fall Hibiscus plant in May which I never received. I have emailed them with no answer. This site comes up a lot on would be gardeners FB with tempting interesting plants! Don't be tempted! It is a scam and they need to be investigated.

    I placed an order in February 2024 for four plants totalling $190.00 CDN. About 60 days later I noticed their email address was written like:Canadiantreenursey.com and immediately I knew I had been scammed. If you look at the word NURSERY it is missing the second letter "r" in that word. I tried contacting this business by email without success. Since I am a ********** of ****** ***** client & I used my ********* I was going to notify it of this scam because *** always goes the extra mile to investigate scams and it is the only bank that I know of that undertakes scam investigations. I sent another email to canadiantreenursey.com asking it to cancel my order. I mean it was already late June 2024, it was boiling hot temperatures and too late to plant anything. Miraculously I received an email stating that I could not cancel my order as it was ready to be shipped. I took that information as BS. On the 4th of July 2024 however, a large box arrived at my home in the City of *******, *******. Aside from my credentials on the box there was no company name or logo. No one knew there were plants inside it. There were not even any air holes in the box. Inside were the four plants that I ordered. I am very disappointed at the state of the Heritage Raspberry and Blueberry plants because they each contain one measly stem with a few leaves. Both $25 each and not worth it. Then I saw the two Limelight Hydrangeas and both were at the stage of being freshly planted; again I received early stems instead of robust plant over flowing from a 3 gallon container that sells for $19.99 at Canadian ******************'s. The Original cost per plant was $80 and they were on a half price sale of $40 each. I estimate that it will take years before these plants mature. Four all my plants there was no formed rootball. It appeared as if all stems were just jammed into the soil. I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND this company and every other online nursery because each one is a scam.

    These people that run this online nursery are thieves. Do not buy from or support them, as they will happily take your money but not provide the plants you requested.SCAM

    Ordered two hellebore plants for ***** each on their ******** sale ad. We live in *******. Visit kootenays in the summ. Drove 90 km round trip to pick up the order. Pick *** only on fridays. One girl picking orders for people arriving. Finally got my two plants plus a free one!! Basically seedlings. I should have refused them but didnt want to try and deal with them further. I sent chat and contact messages and no reply.

    I wish I had looked here first. This is now July of 2024. I ordered 5 plant items in February. I got lies on their chat, and now no response at all. I spent over $200. I have never had a problem with any company, ordering online, but this is a total scam. They should be looked into...my order was placed under Canadian Tree Nursery. I guess they change their name once things get too hot?As I write this there are 90 customer reviews and from what I see they are all similar to mine. Frustrated "customers" who receive no product. Isn't this theft?

    They are a *** *** they take your money upfront, do not deliver your order. They do not communicate regarding your order you can't get in touch with them and their virtual assistant does nothing. Do not purchase a thing **** ***** *******

    Ordered over $300 worth of plants - still haven't received my order and we are now almost the middle of July. Wish I researched more. I have reached out to the company, but no reply.
