    Scam Ordered and didnt receive anything. Requested multiple updates on delivery and requested a refund more than once

    This company also goes by the name , Canadian Tree Nursery. I ordered more than $250 worth of plants March 29, 2024 and did not receive them by the date promised, June 15, 2024. On July 2, 2024, I did receive some pots with dirt and what appears to be dead plants with writing on the sides. Many of the written names did not match my order. How is it this company can continue in business in ******?

    Terrible company. They were supposed to ship late summer/fall. December 3, frozen ground, they write back to me asking them where my shipment was "we consider the equinox as the end of fall". Well I consider it when i can still plant the planta you sell IN the ground where you are suppose to have them Mr *********** They say the can store them and ship them in the spring. Spring came and go. They tell me to read their shipping out segment dates. For one of the orders they are, yet again, at the en of the shipping window provided BY THEM. Come **** I ask them where my order is, they dont reply, i contact them 3 more time (through their live chat, as that is the ONLY contact channel. Again, NO PHONE). We called the bank, they graciously agreed to have the charges disputed although they were almost a year. Big uff. As soon as the charges appear reversed on my credit card they respond to me apologizing for the response delay, and telling me there is a delay on my order (at this point they had a month and a half put of the month window shipping out timeline, to send it or contact me about the delay. They never did until balance got tipped) . AND THEY THREATEN ME. THEY THREATEN TO DISPUTE THE DISPUTE, AND IN CASE OF THE **** REOLVING ON THEIR SIDE, WITHHOLDING THE MONEY AND THE PRODUCTS!!!!!!I dont understand how **** allows them to keep on using their system.

    This company sent me an email saying my order had shipped. An order I did not even remember placing as I was put on a waitlist TWO years ago. They shipped it to a house I don't even own anymore and refused to answer any of my emails. These were expensive plants that I paid for and have received nothing. Go check out the HUNDREDS of other terrible reviews for this company! DO NOT deal with them. There is a class action suit being set up against them which I will be adding my name to!

    I ordered and paid for a top hat blueberry **** , Northcountry blueberry and 2 **** grasses. I have tried to contact them on numerous occasions to see what the problem was as to delivery. No response. I tried the chat line too. Still no response. I feel slighted!! What a shame!!! I bought a magnolia plant two years ago - did receive it tho ! So whats happening?? Where are they. If they are no longer out there then close the website !!!!!

    I spent close to $700.00 on an order from this company with NO DELIVERY, NO COMMUNICATION from them and NO RESPONSE to several attempted contacts through their website chat messaging system.This company is a scam and needs to be investigated. DO NOT BUY FROM THEN

    I placed an online order in January of this year. Thankfully it wasn't a large order ($129) because it was never shipped. The money was sent by e-transfer so it's gone. I can only imagine how many other unfortunate souls have fallen victim of this company. There is no phone number to call and the "chat" that they tell you to use does not work. I faithfully sent money and got nothing for it but aggravation.

    Hi, It's unfortunate that I'm reading all the bad reviews now instead of before I made my purchase. I have the same complaint, product has been paid for but never shipped, $309 for a tree. I've reported the issue to my credit card company and am waiting for a response now. I've also tried to contact the company without any response, kicking myself now for having fallen for a scam. I would have given them a zero star rating but as others identified, 1 star is the lowest the system will allow.

    I've placed three orders. One was several months ago for apple trees. Recently ordered giant hostas and an orange tree. I cannot get a response to my inquiries regarding the status of my orders. No phone number. I fear I've lost all of the money I've spent. Don't know what to do next. I should have researched it more I guess.
