    **** ******* ** * ***** They allow orders and set the delivery dates to ******* *** **** ********** * ****** **** ******* within the timeframe allowed unless you are really paying close attention. DO NOT USE!

    Ordered a tree for $260, Never arrived. No credit, no refund. They should not be in business. ****. Maintain Edge is the same as Canadiab Tree Nursery.

    **** **** **** This is a **** along with ****** **** *******. Ordered $200 worth of plants in late fall 2022 that were supposed to arrive Spring 2023. Never arrived. No response. Don't waste your money. Finally answered that they would give me a "credit" and check the terms....no refunds.

    ****! BACK AWAY FROM THEIR OFFERS! We ordered & paid for a magnolia December 2022. IT NEVER CAME. THESE PEOPLE ARE ******** - taking money from gardeners? Ugh. Just. DON'T. ORDER.

    I am a local, living close to the nursery. I moved to the area just before placing my order. I ordered several plants and trees in late summer/early fall 2022, totaling over $700. All of the items I ordered appeared to be in stock, so I placed my order, and went to the nursery to pick them up. They did not have a single item in stock, they explained that they order their plants from elsewhere, and even though they are listed as in stock, they are not. They told me to be patient, and they would notify me. I was pretty concerned when I saw the state of the nursery, it was overgrown, sparse, and in disrepair. I hoped that it was the time of year. Then I saw the online reviews, and became very concerned. When spring arrived I sent them an email, they responded about 2 months later saying the email had gone to ****, their apologies, and didn't fully answer my question. I sent a follow-up email, I never received a response. I received an email that part of my order was ready, I went to the nursery, and the item that they had for pick-up was incorrect. In that moment I realized that if I didn't walk away with plants, I would never receive them. I went through their entire inventory, which was not at all what I wanted, by I did my best to match the items I ordered with similar items. Similar to when I visited in the fall, all the items were overgrown, the selection was poor, but I knew that this was the best I was going to get, otherwise I would lose the $700 I had spent. I got 2 trees from the nursery, and on my way home I popped into another nursery, and they had the same trees, about 2 years older, healthier, and half the price. Now that I have lived in the area for a couple years, people I know laugh at me for ever ******* *** ***** ****. All my neighbours and others (even my manager!) have asked how I didn't know that this nursery ** * ****. It's famously the case, no locals shop here. Stay away, it is famously * **** in the Kootenays.

    I would not recomend this business. We have paid this business $130.00 that I will have to write off and will nver do any business with this nursery in the future.Background: Ordered 5 different plants spring of 2022. Order received had 4 incorrect palnts. Both phone and email fllowed up numerous times and by late fall/early winter received gift card to cover mistake. Sent in order with additional funds required spring 2023. Mid Oct. 2023 have not received the order. Followed up numerous times over summer/fall with only response being one time referring us to the website. The follow up is all be email as this business no longer has an active phone number. From the web site:"we have found that email support offers several benefits over traditional phone support. The benefit appears to be Mountain Edge Nursery can ignore complaints and requests.The last 2 emial contacths have requested full refund of the $130.00. I have not received any communication back from these 2 emails. I know they were received as I registered the documents and received confirmation they were delivered.

    On January 28th, 2023 I placed an order online. I still havent received my order. Ive sent multiple emails asking for a refund but I am being ignored like everyone else. I am unable to dispute the charges on my credit card because of the length of time that I waited for my order. The credit card company advised me that I had 30 days to dispute a charge. Do not order from this company.

    I ordered two blueberry plants and four blackberry plants for $297.15 from Mountain Edge Nursery on 23/05/17. It is now 23/10/06 and the plants have not arrived. After the company did not respond to repeated emails asking for an update I wrote again asking for a refund. They have not responded to these either. I am going to file an official complaint and contact my credit card company.

    Payment processed for items ordered and items not received. Business is not open during advertised hours and does not respond to emails or phone calls. No stars is the appropriate rating.

    Zero stars. Should have seen it as *** **** it was when no phone number or address was on the website. Paid for a tree and had to wait for the delivery period. ***** **** **** *** **** *** ** ******* ** my credit card company couldnt get my money back from them because it was after 120 days. Dont waste your money.
