2 starsI was lucky to notice the parcel outside my door !They should have ring the bell ????...this is the MAJOR ISSUE with many other postal delivery companies as well, notably Amazon products drivers.

1 starLike many of these reviews, I have had countless packages left either outside my apartment building door, or lobby, without me knowing of my delivery. We have a call box outside the main door, and either these people stupid or lazy to buzz or just after their pay for delivery. I have twice gone to pick up my package at their location, and it is a small ****************** ,and you have to lineup with the eatery clientele. When it gets to your turn, you show them your id and the person will go to a small curtained area for your package. Wow, what a lousy business. My shipments come from **** and they ship with Global Landmark, which I am not fond of. I live in ********, ** and I have tracked my packages from ****** next door, to ********, and further somewhere and back to west. It sometimes takes more than a month and when it finally gets to Uni Express. they also louse up the delivery. I will never deal with these people if I know my package will come through them. I wish their business license is revoked forever.

1 starSaid they delivered the package, gave picture "proof" that is supposed to be the address label and also a picture of the house number or street number. But the second picture was of my package in front of a steering wheel. I contacted them and they said they would get into contact with the courrier that delivered my package and get back to me in ***** hours. I called back 2 days later, no answer from the courrier, got told to wait a bit longer until they could contact them. Called a week later still nothing and then a day after the call, just got an email saying that they couldn't contact the courrier and it was declared lost/stolen.It seems rather obvious that the courrier most likely stole my package and they would rather not do anything about it and leave it up to the seller to deal with.

1 starUnorganized company tracking ineffective. I live in small town their courier has had my package for delivery since Feb 19 today is feb 21 it has interrupted my daily life waiting to be home for package each day not delivery. Status says out for delivery since Feb 20. **************** evasive when I requested supervisor refused. Fix it

1 starUni is the worst courier company that I have ever had to deal with.
They delivered my package to my work addess & it got ****** because the lazy delivery driver just left it by a door. A door that is a fire door & is locked from the outside. They never even bothered to got around to the reception door.
They took a picture like that is ok, no it's not ok, you just left it to be ******.
Any business that deals with them will have unhappy customers. Poor quality of service.
Their customer service does nothing to investigate except show those photos like that helps, no I'm not ***** I never got my package due to your drivers **********.

1 starLeft my package worth $175 outside of the side door of my apartment building. Did not even pull into the parking lot to use the main door or drop off in the lobby or mailroom, no one contacted me at all to let me know it was there and someone just walked right off the streets and ***** it as it was just carelessly left outside a side entrance that’s ten feet away from the sidewalk. This was my Christmas gift from my mother. I feel so disrespected and violated. What sort of standards of practice do you have? Who is training your drivers? You should have your business license revoked, what a nightmare. Do better!

1 starRecently purchased item from China, they uni uni to deliver , uni uni delivery guy came outside my building took the picture and send me email item delivered, never came to my unit and I was home all day , I went outside nothing there , withing 1 hour I emailed back to uniadmin that I did not receive the package and explains what delivery guy did but they never responded , I think they guys are **** ** **** ****** and steal custome packages cause as I start doing online research there are hundreds of complain about the uni uni delivery guy mysteriously delivering invisible packages that never gets to their customers , luckily I paid with ****** and opened the case against seller so in the future they will not use this company uni uni for any deliveries , this local company is in Gardena , California. Don't do business with them .

1 starTHE WORST COURIER EVER!!!
I was supposed to get my package before Christmas. Instead, I found a slip saying that I have to pick it up because they couldn’t find me. I opted for a second delivery, I even called them and made sure they have all the details and mentioned to LEAVE IT AT THE DOOR. Still, they didn’t even buzz (if they were ever here) and pretending that nobody answered. I have never dealt with them before, but it’s AWFUL! Now I have to drive 40 minutes to pick up my package, on my time and my expenses when this was supposed to be delivered long time ago.
So many bad reviews and can’t believe they are still running!
I WILL NEVER DEAL WITH THEM EVER!

1 starThe same problem. They do not deliver.
Twice my packages were left on the floor at the common entrance, which is open for everybody from outside. The first time I was lucky to find it, but the second time my parcel disappeared. I was at home, but nobody bothered to buzz or phone me. I learned about the delivery from the sender's email.
In response to my complain they did not even apologized. They sent me two pictures of my parcel on the dirty floor and advised to ask the sender for a refund.
