      Uniuni is the worst. I have been expecting my package for more than a week. Only for me to receive a message from them that I have a failed delivery because of failed contact. I never got a call or sms that they are coming to deliver my parcel and suddenly I have a failed delivery. I am so angry right now. I called their customer service and the lady told me my option is to come for pickup and ended the call on me. I call back and I am told that their call center has closed. How can your call center close at 1pm EST. Their warehouse indicated for pickup is 1hr journey away from where I live. I have kids. How do I manage to go for pickup when I paid for delivery to avoid inconveniencing myself. I am so maaaddddd right now. Uniuni better deliver my parcel or else.

      Waiting for a special order for my daughters birthday, was in *********** for a week before arriving in ******** had a notification pop up at midnight it was (finally) out for delivery 10 days after receipt in *********** and nearly 12 hours later still nothing. I honestly believe this company walks delivery and has no concept of express I will not be dealing with this company again, ever. Useless customer service, avoid at all costs.

      I have sent emails to support, and received the same canned response suggesting I email ******** warehouse. I did that, twice days apart, no response. Emailed support again and getting no answers at all. Always the same canned response. It has been out for delivery for 5 days now. I doubt I will hear from the company, this reply is the same canned response I get from emails.

      So I just had an email from UniUni that my package was delivered this morning. I am home and can confirm nothing came. I have a security camera that shows no one has been to the house. Looking at the pictures that confirm delivery, the picture of my house is straight off ****** earth, and the package doesnt show an address - how do I know it is my package? Looks like a random package. I truly believe they lost it, and are lying to cover it up.

      After reading the comments posted here I was bracing myself for the similar thing that may happen to my order delivery. To my surprise it went pretty well. The courier messaged me on arrival, buzzed me and left the package in the lobby of my building as l was coming down to collect it.

      Unprofessional! We have been waiting for a package that was supposed to arrive 2 days ago after the delivery date had already changed from what it was supposed to originally be. We have since not gotten any response from UniUni, and we have not been able to get in contact with them either.

      THE WORST!!!!! They delivered my package to the wrong house and the pictures they sent to me did NOT even indicate my address in the photos as they are suppose to! (As stated on the website!). This company is TERRIBLE and the people working for them are LAZY!

      S***** Three of my parcels were delivered to three different places and none of them made it to **** called and messaged and didn't hear back. This company needs to be sued and shut down. It's unacceptable. And I have called and emailed and they don't answer and don't respond. They actually told me to send a photo of my door so they know what it looks like. Honestly.. what is wrong with you people? Go look at the delivery emails and you will even see that your drivers are dropping things off in random places. Where is my stuff??????

      Like SO many other reviews, the driver left my package in the lobby. It was gone within 10 minutes of being delivered. The complete and utter laziness and unprofessionalism from the driver is **********. Theres no reason they could not deliver this to my door. We have no concierge and no security watching the lobby. This delivery company should be shutdown.

      UniUni Company is the worst I saw!Impossible to call, nobody answer (I'm called between 5 and 10 times per day), by email, no reply. And I have the number of the local warehouse and they told me to call the company... but the company never answer!!!

      UNIUNI IS THE WORST!! They have had my package as out for delivery for 5 days now!!!!! How long do you need to take to deliver a package, UNIEXPRESS?!! Clearly they have no clue the meaning of express and theyre far from it!! Ive called customer service numerous times and not only are they very unprofessional (I was hung up on by one person as she kept saying to wait and I said but how long, its been 5 days of this out for delivery nonsense! So she just hung up!!!!!) but they are completely useless too and provide no help as to where hitting package actually is and when it really is supposed to arrive!!! Avoid this company at all costs!!!!

      They fail to respond to multiple requests to track and reply to the calls. It's literally radio silence and their contact number goes to voicemail, that they are closed even though it is during business hours. At this point, there's no clear answer to where the package is.I don't understand why they even have an A- rating when the complaints I see here are all similar.
