1 starDriver drove over lawn! We have a wide driveway where large trucks like *** have no problem delivering. This company uses regular cars. The guy drove into driveway, dropped package and then drove over lawn instead of turning around in driveway. This was after a rain so he wrecked my lawn. We saw him do it and filed a complaint with UniUni. They never responded. I have pictures of the damage. Their phone # does not respond and their online system only give genaric reply. 1 star**************** is so rude on over the phone!!! After being on hold for almost 30 minutes they literally hang up on you! ?? They dont deliver packages and reroute them back to the supplier on the basis of wrong address I order from somewhere that uses them as a supplier literally every week, they send you several emails telling you to contact customer service to resolve your issue before they send them back to the supplier, even though you already have! I called to make sure the packages will in fact be delivered to the my house. He finally answered and acted like I was bothering him. Rude from the start, clearly hates his job, had a HUGE attitude, no customer service skills, no thank you or please or Im sorry or let me see what happened. Just tracking number? Says you already filed a ticket I say ya, but you keep emailing me to resolve this issue, got an email 10 minutes ago saying contact uniuniIm just confirming that they will be delivered? he says yes and hangs up! I wasnt done! I had other issues related separate from this. So Im currently on hold again (27 minutes) to find out the name of the disrespectful, rude, unprofessional man. 1 starAfter many years of dealing with various delivery services from the ************** to *****, This is the worst company I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. I ordered a very important medical device that the company chose to use *** to deliver. I got a message that there was a problem, that they were not able to deliver it on January 27th (during business hours!) and had returned it to their local warehouse. They added that if they couldn't deliver it in 10 days, it would go back to the sender. I sent multiple emails to them, and they kept responding with apologies, and promises to expedite my case, asking for my delivery address details (which they already had), yet they never made another attempt to redeliver it. After 19 days of inaction, they said they sent it back! I think this is part of a bigger scam where the sender made some type of agreement to make sure it's not delivered so they can keep the money and the product... if there ever was a product in the first place. 1 starMy package was never delivered. I tracked it and they claimed they tried to make the delivery twice on a Saturday and Sunday night at around 8pm-8:30pm to a 9am-5pm, Mon-Friday business. I had to contacted them about making the third delivery, I did and they responded. I had to verify my address, tell them our business hours and they told me it would be delivered in 10 business days. After 13 business days passed. I never received the package. I contacted them again and they told me I'd be contacted within 24 hours. It's now been 4 business days and no one has contacted me after where my package is.Review fromlisa d

1 star************. I didn't choose them. I purchased something and for whatever reason they were chosen. Trying to enter a support ticket online and my state doesn't even come up as an option. Plus their phone numbers are to different states then their company is registered in. There was a delivery driver in my driveway on 3/7, he didn't get out of his car probably him looking to see what was being delivered then stole my stuff.Review fromJohn Y

1 starThe worst delivery company ever. I ordered a shipment to my work location that is opened Mon to Fri 9AM to 8PM, so "attempted delivery" notification at 9.42AM & *****AM are impossible because I am available in that location. I could have thought that it can be my issue until I tried calling the customer service, I am not sure the person who picked up the phone can communicate in English, he cut the line after a long waiting for more than 15 minutes. I called again & "*******" replied, same issue! Very bad english then he cuts the call!!! I am trying to chase my order with this horrible company !! Please resolve the issue. After my horrible experience with the delivery company, I googled them & the threads are horrible, all 1 star mentioning the delivery company is a scam, on ************** there are enough reviews to give you an idea.Review fromOlivia P

1 starTerrible, they dropped off my package to the wrong house and even took pictures of the address on the package (the correct address) with the wrong mailbox number and front door. Extremely frustrating. Then another package wasn't delivered the first time because they said I wasn't home (didn't show anyone attempting to deliver something on my cameras all day or into the evening). Then I called customer service and was on hold for over 40 minutes to talk to someone for them to tell me that they will try again that day. So far very bad experiences with this service. We regret that your package was delivered to the wrong address despite having the correct address on the label, and that a subsequent delivery attempt was falsely marked as unsuccessful when no attempt was made. Additionally, waiting over 40 minutes to speak with someone in customer service is unacceptable, and we apologize for that experience as well.

1 starI filed a complaint about the delivery company UniUni, which handles packages for Temu/TikTok. Some drivers (not all) are taking photos of the package and then taking it with them. They dont verify the address and just place the package in front of any door in the condo or neighborhood that looks similar to yours. This just happened to me The package was never even seen by the person at that address, which makes it seem like they just place it down for proof of delivery and then take it afterward. I filed a complaint with the company to let them know, but these incidents are becoming more and more common. The buyer pays, the package gets stolen, they issue a refund, the sellers lose, and the driver wins. Unfortunately, there is no proof this time because the door where the driver took the photos didnt have security cameras (very convenient) and the residents at that address didnt even have time to open the door and see the package on the ground. It was a matter of taking the photo and immediately taking the package away.Review fromRachel T

1 starThe package has been out for delivery since Feb 28th, and there has not been an update on tracking regarding any delays. I emailed the company and got BS response about weather and traffic, there have been neither of those concerns here. Advised will be delivered in the next ******************************************************************************************** the same email was told if I do not get it in 3 business days to reach back out. Any update will be another 48 hours after that. This will be my first and last time dealing with this company. Customeruniuni

1 starA Uni Uni driver smashed his vehicle into my house and left damage to a drainpipe. I have reached out to the company for compensation and have received no response. The incident is recorded on security camera footage.
