      I ordered a package from the Light in the ************ The driver left the package in a visible spot from the corner where I live. No attempt to hide the package behind one of the potted plants and/or the bench. The package was taken within one hour of its delivery. I went on a short walk. It was delivered a few minutes after I left and it was not there upon my return. Yet, the driver must have been very self-satisfied given the photo showing it lying visibly in site. Delivering something doesn't mean its been received. The driver lacked common sense in not trying to hide the package. Light in the Box has not taken responsibility for instructing drivers. This delivery service has been a hassle to work with. I should not have to contact multiple companies. I have decided to never order from Light in the Box again as they use Uniuni.

      Have been waiting 5 days with status showing our for delivery. They just keep repeating it's out for delivery. Do Not use this company if you want your packages.

      Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We understand how frustrating it can be to wait several days for a delivery without clear updates, and we appreciate the opportunity to clarify what occurred.
      In this case, the parcel was with the assigned driver for an extended period of time without tracking updates, which is not in line with our service expectations. Weve flagged this incident and have alerted the drivers manager so appropriate corrective action can be taken.
      Additionally, weve identified that the delivery address provided is a P.O. Box, which UniUni is unable to deliver to under our current delivery policies and procedures. As a result, the parcel is being returned to our warehouse.
      This particular order was placed through Temu, and currently, Temu does not support direct rebooking for second delivery attempts through our system. If you would like the parcel to be delivered again, we recommend reaching out to ****'s customer support to request a second delivery. Should they approve it, Temu will initiate the rebooking with UniUni on your behalf.
      We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding as we work to improve the experience for all customers.

      This delivery service has dishonest people working for their company. I had a package that was to be delivered on 3/24/25. Received notification that it was delivered however when I got to the door it was not there. They took pictures and sent them from there car and then on my front stoop. I believe they took the picture and immediately took it back to their car. They wont refund my money and said once its delivered its out of their hands. I have packages delivered daily and never had this issue. I will never order from anyone that uses this company for delivery service. I dont even want to give a star at all.

      this company is running a scam! The **************** number is disconnected. They claim they need a signature to leave the package and refuse to deliver anything. Chinese companies use this "service" and they are all scamming us! Request a refund from your credit card immediately when you see an email saying they cant deliver your item.

      If I could leave a negative star review I would. Twice I tried to speak to a customer service agent and after holding on for a half hour the agent hangs up on me - this happened twice!

      On February 23, 2025, UniUni said that a package that I was awaiting from AliExpress had been delivered to me. They emailed a photo of the package and an image of it delivered at a front door that was not my own. On February 24, 2025, I called customer service. After waiting on hold for an extended period, someone picked up but did not say anything. After saying "hello?" multiple times, and then waiting on the connected line in silence for multiple minutes, I hung up. On February 25, 2025, I got through to customer service (after waiting an hour on hold) and the agent processed the complaint, ticket# *******. I got an email asking for: A clear photograph of your door, porch, or home to help us identify any distinguishing features. It also said: Our dedicated team will quickly investigate and follow up within 24 hours as soon as we receive this information. I responded immediately with a photo of my front door, AND a map of where my house is located. On February 27, 2025 I again called customer service to say that no one had followed up on my email. The agent said it could take longer than expected sometime, but that I would receive a response within 24 hours (same line I got the first time I called). When I pressed the customer service agent with additional questions, he hung up on me. On March 6, 2025 I received an email from UniUni: Warehouse Address in ***: ... (BBB won't let me publish)06/03/25 (March 6, 2025) confirmation ******* Subject: Delivery Issue Identified: Parcel lost: Delivered to incorrect address Tracking id: ending in ***** We wanted to let you know that an issue has been identified with the delivery of your recent order. After thoroughly reviewing the situation, our team has taken the necessary steps to update our warehouse with the relevant information.... It is now March 25, 2025 and I am still without the goods I paid for, and without a refund. UniUni did NOT tell AliExpress that they lost my package.

      Your case (Ticket #*******) was reviewed, and on March 6, 2025, we provided you with a Parcel Issue Confirmation Letter to submit to AliExpress. This document serves as confirmation that the parcel was delivered to an incorrect address. Since AliExpress is the seller, they are responsible for handling the resolution, whether that be a replacement or refund.
      Please submit the Parcel Issue Confirmation Letter to AliExpress through their dispute process.
      AliExpress will review the case and determine the appropriate resolution.
      Unfortunately, UniUni is a third-party delivery provider and cannot influence the vendors decision.
      We regret that your experience with our support team did not meet expectations, and we are addressing internal issues to prevent similar situations in the future.

      Poor customer service, long phone waits just to get told false information, being placed on "hold" just to get hung up on. Outright unpleasant experience.

      Appalling service. They claim to have tried to deliver my parcel three times, but I have not set foot outside my home for 3.5 days and nothing has arrived. Repeated contacts online achieve nothing. After a half hour wait online, I finally reached an agent whose accent was so strong I could hardly understand her. She could promise nothing, no supervisor was available. She tried to blame the fact that they didn't have my phone number but I had sent it to them. Besides, delivery to my home does not require a phone number. This package is urgent and no specific delivery time can be given. I am frustrated beyond belief. All this in contrary to their glowing promises online for same day delivery.

      This delivery company UniUni is a fraud! I don't understand why until today no one has done absolutely anything to stop a company that is clearly a fraud! TEMU and ***** you need to stop working with a company as rotten as UNIUNI

      I would give 3 stars !!!!! Worse company ever !!!! They are lazy and never try to deliver. They said they attempted to deliver my package twice as per checking the cameras they never even tried to deliver once terrible the phone numbers dont work.Their website is not valid very fraudulent.
