      This is the second time I have ordered online and UniUni was used to deliver my packages. The first package an attempt was made to deliver and it took a week to get the package. When it was delivered it was left outside the building and it was wet. I called and spoke with customer service with no acceptable resolution. Order# **************** The second package to be delivered, the first attempt failed and the next day I get a notification that my package was delivered. The photo where it was delivered is a home. The address for delivery is my office! I have tried to call customer service but after reading reviews it is clear that they put your number in the que to get the message it appears you are calling from a private number so the call back option cannot be offered . This company is a poor excuse for delivery and should have there license revoked! Now I have to pay for items that I dont have and dont know if Ill ever get. I called **** and had them to block any deliveries of mine from going through this company ever again.

      I ordered some items that were being delivered by UniUni. On the day of the first delivery the driver decided to throw my package 20 feet from my door and threw it at my door. Breaking my package in the process that had a fragile sticker on it. I tried to call UniUni multiple times just to get hung up on each time. The company I ordered from (different from UniUni) was kind enough to resend my package since the driver broke mine. Well today 4/6/2024 I received my redelivery and lo and behold, again the driver decided to throw my package at my door from 20 feet. I have all of this on footage on my ring doorbell. * ********** *** ****** *** ***** ***** **** *** ********* To make the matter worse my package reeks of cigarettes so bad that it penetrated the package and now my house smells of cigarettes . We do not smoke in our house so to us the smell is absolutely disgusting! I have called over 20 times to UniUni just to be hung up on to be told by their system that my number is private which its not. I just want someone to call me back because this is not ok. I cant keep paying for my items to be redelivered and keep ordering the items because UniUni drivers fail to deliver things correctly *** *** ** ******** **** ******** ******* *********

      You havent really provided an outcome. You offered a refund in an email. A refund of what? As you can see I have emailed 2 videos of your same driver on 2 different dates. One is for April 6 and the other for March 29. Same driver throwing breakable items at my door and  then walking through my grass to get to his car. This is unacceptable.

      They are company chareged to deliver a package to be by the website Bloomchic. However they do not have access to my address in *********** ** ***. I live on a military base they apparently can't get on to.I have contacted them multiple times explaining this and requesting there warehouse's address in *********** *****.       I have 2 orders in which I need to be contacted about. This delivery company barely provides tracking updates and takes forever. Im flying out of town during the first delivery and out of the country for the second. Ive been trying to reach someone to leave delivery instructions and newer unheard of companies always leave my package in the wrong place and I have to file claims. I submitted a ticket on their site which says an agent will get back in 1-2 days and its been a week. I need these items to be delivered either before or after I leave for the first, and before I leave for the second. Theres no way to track where the parcel is or anything. The phone number just changes hold times and no one ever answers.

      I ordered from Temu and this UNIUNi company seems to be a scam and or fraudulent. They have said twice they have attempted delivery and have not. They have stolen my package. There are NUMEROUS complaints being made and horrible reviews as this seems like they do this all the time, I do not believe this shipping company should be allowed to remain in business. I also received an email from them asking if i would like them to place my package in my amailbox which is against the law for anyone other than **** to place items in mailbox.

      This company has had my package since the 20th of March, tagged as out for delivery. It hasn't delivered or answered any of my emails or phone calls. All the forms I sent in just get an auto reply of wait 1-3 business day till an agent gets in contact. All the calls leave you on hold for hours or leave you on hour for hours then hang up on you.       I am rejecting this response because: They haven't updated any of the tracking information. I been calling and sending in customer support forms, since March 20th and still to this day haven't gotten a response, reply or answer to my calls or emails.  With the help of the Marketplace Specialist, have I found that the package is missing. As for giving them patience and two week to look for a missing/stolen package, that's not good. Better  they send me and the vendor emails saying the package is missing/stolen and will compensate.

      Have reported several times that the picture in the email. My package was delivered to the wrong address. I received a response with a ticket open and asking to send a picture to check the discrepancies which clearly shows I live upstairs. The picture the delivery person sent me shows a wooded fence I have an iron fence upstairs. The issue was then that they could not open up my attachments. Finally the issue was to be escalated within 1-2 business days. It has now been 4 business days. When I called ******* told me it was in escalation process when I requested a supervisor or his name he hung up on me.

      On February 28, 2024 I received a package I was waiting for. The Courier was "UniUni" he asked for my name and before I knew it he took my picture and left immediately. He did not ask for my authorization, did not provide an explanation on why he took the picture, how it was going to be used, stored...etc I contacted UniUni through their support and they still have not deleted the photo they took. They are not responding and the reason why I am now filing a compliant with the BBB to assist me with this organization.

      I ordered a product through Apollo Box. The delivery address given was available in the tracking information for me to view once it was shipped, so I knew the address was correct. Once Uni Uni got their hands on the package, they attempted twice to deliver it to an address I never heard of. It was never entered into any system, nor was the address recorded in the tracking information. I contacted their customer service, and they asked me to prove it was my package by providing the tracking number, the original address to which it was intended to be delivered, my name, and my number. I provided this information, but I never heard back from them again. I tried to reach out to them several times afterward to no avail. I even had Apollo Box try to reach out to them (apparently, they were successful to some extent). Still, for some unknown reason, ********** decided to refund me the money that I spent without explaining what happened and why they gave up attempting to facilitate the delivery. That being said, I am to be refunded, but I would like to report Uni Uni for mail theft and fraud.
