      I ordered a package from a company that uses UniUni as their shipping provider. I have received deliveries from this company several times in the past (always to the same address). They have never provided me with any email updates or photos of delivery; however, I always track through the company I purchased from and usually no issues receiving my package in a timely manner. I got an update from purchasing company on Sunday May 5, 2024 (at 09:26 am) that package was out for delivery. I waited all day as I have had delivery on weekends before. It did not arrive. I waited several hours in the morning on Monday May 6, 2024 and it still didn't arrive. I eventually contacted the company I originally purchased from and they couldn't provide me with any further updates. I contacted UniUni directly and waited on hold for over 40 mins waiting to speak to a person before call was disconnected. I called back again right away, waited another 35 mins on hold to finally speak to a representative. When I inquired to see where my package was and what the *** was I was simply advised that it might come today (May 6th) or tomorrow (May 7). I asked politely if there was a particular reason why it was taking so much longer than usual, as I live in a relatively small city (not a large metropolis) that literally takes less than 30 mins to get anywhere. The road conditions are ideal (dry, warm, sunny). There isn't any significant traffic construction or accidents that are shutting roads down. The agent snapped back at me rudely, saying, "I already told you that if it doesn't come today it will be tomorrow." I have now waited another full day to get my package. By tomorrow morning it will be well over 50 hours it's been "out for delivery." I would like an actual update on the location of my package and a reasonable time frame as to when/if I will receive it. I am extremely frustrated that no one seems to provide me with a clear update. I am struggling to understand why it's taking 48 hrs

      My complaint is not with the seller, but with the shipping company who was responsible for making the final delivery of my package.The courier was supposed to deliver my order on 4/24, but failed to deliver it to my shipping address. I have tried contacting the courier, UniUni, multiple times to attempt a re-delivery to a new address, which they said would be completed by 4/29. They never attempted to re-deliver my item. After calling their customer service line again, they assured me the package would be delivered within 5-7 business days since the first delivery attempt. This time frame has since passed, and they have still made no attempt to re-deliver my package. Nor will they give me the address of their warehouse so I can pick it up myself. I made one last attempt to contact them today (5/4) and was met with silence on their end both times I tried to call. I never got to speak to a human. At this point, I dont believe they intend to re-deliver it at all and are intentionally avoiding my inquiries.My experience with this courier has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. I have wasted hours of my time on hold with their call center because they will not answer my emails, and exhausted every available option in attempting to get my package following the failed delivery attempt. Now they wont even answer my phone calls.A quick ****** search shows that these people have endless complaints of stolen, missing, and improperly delivered packages. I believe their refusal to deliver my package or even answer my attempts at communication amounts to theft and obstruction of mail. Its a tragedy that they are allowed to do business in this country.

      I am not satisfied with uniunis response. I responded to the email they sent last Thursday (5/23) requesting me to confirm my shipping address. It is now Wednesday, and Ive received no further updates or communication from uniuni. When are you going to deliver my package youve been holding at your warehouse for over a month?? Moreover, why do I have to take my complaint to the BBB to get a response from you, only for yall to fail to follow up with a solution? Why is it STILL impossible to contact you outside of making a formal complaint??

      I have had many issues with this companys business practices. Their tracking is inaccurate. Their delivery drivers do not deliver your package for various reasons. You cannot get through to their support line even though on the support page it encourages you to call. You can only talk to a chat bot on their support site which does not resolve anything. Currently they have had my package for 2 weeks and keep giving me excuses as to why its not delivered.

      They lost my package on February 22nd, 2024. I reached out to customer service multiple times. The first customer service person I contacted may ended the call on me when I inquired about the whereabouts on my package. First, this guy said that they have my package so it's being sent to the warehouse (however... they had already lost my package 2 days prior to before me contacting them) but a few seconds later after he ended the call on me once I received an email that the package was now "lost." Except, it was picked up by one if their employees. However, the 2nd representative was masturbating in the call. He didn't sound like he wanted to help. When I did ask about my package, he ended the call on me. I was livid and felt violated at the entire incident so sent out another email where their manager, *************************, reached out to me to say "Historically, we have been able to successfully recover approximately 80% of lost parcels, and we remain optimistic about locating yours." She also mentions she was taken aback by my recent experience with customer service. As she should be.I'm taken aback by their entire experience with customer service. I reached out to them again on April 11th to ask about the whereabouts of my package and it is still missing to this day. They have not responded either. All I want to know is have they investigated the driver that picked up my package? It was lost in transit and I know that their delivery driver picked it up. Only to somehow "lose it" on February 27th but I have proof it was lost since February 22nd. They did not update me that it was lost since then until I contacted them.Also, this was a new package sent to me by Kikagoods. They claimed that they put in my address correctly and they claimed that uniuni inputted my country's address incorrectly.UniUni is a perfect example of a failed business model. It is everything a business should not be and I would rather use ***** than these guys. That's saying something.

      I apologize, but I don't feel comfortable putting my phone number because of constant spam calls. I do not pick up the phone for strangers which is why I gave my e-mail where I purchase consumer goods (and it is the same e-mail tied to being in-contact with them).

      I would like to file a complaint against uniuni for a resolution rather than a refund and replacement because of their lack of professionalism which deserves their accreditation to be of a lower score than what is presented on this site. I have already contacted the vendor about the issue which I had already received a refund for after an excruciating and painful process so I am not seeking a refund, but I am trying to determine where my package went. I would like to know how the case of my package is being handled by uniuni and how they are investigating the driver responsible for my lost package.

      Is this resolution where it was mentioned in the email, specifically: "We will send you a letter that you can provide to them to initiate a claim"? I have not received any letter. Because of this, we have not resolved anything. As for the package, how has the entire business been handling MY lost package specifically? What actions were taken against the driver who picked up the package? That should be looked further into the investigation because who knows if my driver has been stealing more packages other than mine. Clearly, my package has been picked up one of your drivers and was somehow unable to deliver it nor was it ever reported until I made a complaint. Everyone who I was in contact with should also be heavily investigated, especially the 2nd customer support representative for possibly, masturbating in the call. What actions have been taken against that employee?? He should be fired for not handling my case seriously.

      Secondly, I want to know how my address was written on your system. Is it because the vendor mistakenly wrote my country as "Canada" OR do you guys write the addresses manually? KikaGoods (the vendor) claims that it was your company's fault for incorrectly writing the country as Canada rather than *****************. But I want to know if you guys have an automatic system that copies and paste addresses from the vendor/shipping company OR did you guys write it manually yourselves?

      The UniUni company got my order from a company name **** and suppose to deliver it to me three weeks ago. Every time I email about my order, they keep giving me a standard email. Saying give 2 to 3 days to reply. They never did and now it's been weeks and all I'm getting is allow us research for two weeks. When I called their number 8 times, I held on the phone for hours and then it hung up! Their track number is saying scanned at UniUni warehouse, but they still seem not to find it. I'm sure someone knows where my order is at this time.       I was expecting a delivery on April 6th. At that time I received word that my address was invalid. I have received plenty of mail at my address and continue to. I opened a support ticket with UniUni and called in. I was assured that they would attempt a re-delivery within 7 business days and that a supervisor would call me within 24 hours.I did not receive another call. My support ticket was updated 6 days later to say that the package had not returned to the warehouse despite the warehouse being in ************. I called in again and was told again that my delivery would be attempted. I confirmed my address and gave them my number. I was told the policy was to not transfer me to a supervisor but I would be called back and my support ticket updated. This did not happen. I called back a third time and was again promised the same thing. I asked if there was any other way I could escalate my issue as their customer support promised to update my support ticket and call me back and neither would happen. My status for the package still says Returned to Warehouse on April 6th, 23 days later. I am beyond frustrated as I receive the same result after waiting on hold with customer support for over an hour each time only to be told that all they can do is tell a superior to call me back and update my ticket within 24 hours which never occurs. I cannot recommend strongly enough against using this service that does not seem to care about their customers or business practices. ******************** had successfully delivered product to my home a week before as well so I have no idea how they could have found my address invalid.

      UniUnis delivery driver fully stole my parcel - my neighbour watched the driver place the parcel on the porch, snap a photo of it and immediately take off with it. I am absolutely shocked and disgusted by this situation.       I paid for delivery for a package from *******. DHL was carrier that was going to deliver it; but UniUni took it over. They were supposed to deliver a package to my apartment complex yesterday, I got a call and a text from the driver saying he was there; and an email confirming that the package was delivered. Except when I got home, it was nowhere to be found inside (as I asked them to do), or outside by the front door. I called DHL and asked them where it was left, they told me they outsourced it to UniUni and they have nothing more to do with it. I texted the driver back, but all I received was an email from DHL (again) saying it was delivered. No package, and $107.00 out.

      **PACKAGE NEVER DELIVERED** I placed a custom order (over $400 value) with clothing vendor; the vendor used UniUni for shipping. Tracking Number: **************** UniUni's records indicate they received the shipping order on 3/7/24 and that they tried to deliver it on 3/15/24 - when the delivery location was closed. We were not made aware of the attempted delivery nor when it would be reattempted. According to UniUni, the 2nd attempt to make the delivery was on 3/18/24, again when the business was closed (after 10pm local time) and UniUni indicated the items would be returned to the warehouse--however, I don't know which warehouse...an UniUni warehouse or the original shipper's warehouse? I contacted UniUni directly on 3/21/24 asking if I can pick up the items myself at the warehouse. UniUni Support replied that I needed to supply the tracking number, and my name, address, and phone number (all of which they already had) and then they would schedule a 2nd delivery, within 7 business days. On 3/25/24 UniUni replied that they had successfully booked my second delivery and I should expect my package within 7 business days. On 3/27/24 I requested an update because I never rec'd a different tracking number and the original tracking number only shows that the item was returned to the warehouse. I did not receive a response to my 3/27/24 inquiry. I sent an additional inquiry on 4/2/24 asking for an updated status. I never received a response to my 4/2/24 inquiry. On 4/5/24 I asked about a new tracking number or status of the delivery; I never received a response to my 4/5/24 inquiry. **4/15/24--I still have not received my package. (The package has not been returned to the vendor, either.) This is a custom order that needs to be delivered to its rightful owner.

      I had ordered items from ****. They were to be delivered by Uniuni and on April 12, 2024 at 8:53 AM said my package was out for delivery in ****** *****. I have made previous orders before and it was delivered on time. On April 15,2024 I still had not received my package, so I tried to call Uniuni customer service and only got a busy signal. Then I check the tracking site and it says failed delivery attempt, returning to warehouse, business closed. My residence is not a business and this is not the first time I have received a package from them. I still have not received my package and have been unsuccessful in contacting customer support.       I am rejecting this response because:
      I verified my address on the Temu website from which I ordered my products, and it was correct. There has been no address change, I have lived at my current address for over 7 years and have never had a problem receiving packages before. This UniUni shipping business is literally impossible to contact by phone. They have deceitful practices and procedures. The first failed delivery stated that my residence was a business and was closed. This business's credibility is disgusting and they should be held accountable for their actions or lack of.

      I still have not received my package. I am tired of waiting and I no longer need the items that I ordered. Uniuni is a thief. They stall packages and say that they did not have the correct address. When they asked for an update and was given the same address as the first time, all they said was it would be delivered in 2 days. That was 3 weeks ago! Either they deliver my package within 48 hours or I will put a theft complaint against them! This is ridiculous.

      I am rejecting this response because: This has been going on since March. The empty promises of delivery is now a joke to me at this point. Your company has stated 4 different times that my order will be delivered by such and such date and have failed to deliver my order each time. Your companies credibility is zero with me and I will not accept any response from your company until my order is delivered.

      I am rejecting this response because: You still have not delivered my order. Your responses to me feels like you are disrespecting my intelligence. Your companies credibility is a complete joke and I refuse to accept any more responses from your company until my order is delivered. Do yourself a favor and stop claiming to complete deliveries that you do not ever intend to deliver. Stop making empty promises to consumers and stop stealing orders of consumers.
