      This is the worst delivery service Ive ever had to deal with. I have called them 7 times since 7/19/2024 it is now 11 days later and I still have not received my package. Saying the address is wrong when it clearly is not. They are incompetent and should not be delivering in the **. Ive been told several different lies. The last person just said they wont deliver and hung up in my face. The customer service is **** poor and the delivery is so late I no longer need want the package

I am reaching out to follow up on the recent correspondence regarding the damages to our driveway caused by one of your drivers.Yesterday, I received a concerning call from my attorney indicating that your company had wrongly informed the Law Firm that the issue had been resolved.       Company is refusing to deliver to my on base address. When I arrange for the local post office to accept the delivery they refused to deliver to that. They won't let me pick up my order. They refuse to explain why they won't deliver to these locations. They also never disclosed these delivery restrictions. Instead they're just responding with the same cut/paste demand that I give them another address.

UniUni has encountered significant challenges delivering to these types of establishments. Despite our best efforts, 9 times out of 10, the post office box business will reject the parcel. This is not due to a lack of effort on our part; we have made numerous attempts to deliver to these locations, but the nature of these addresses often results in failed deliveries.
      To ensure that your package reaches you successfully, we require a home address or a workplace address. This way, we can avoid the issues associated with delivering to PO Boxes and similar locations and provide you with a more reliable service.
      In order to proceed with your second delivery, could you please provide us with a physical address?

I offered two separate alternatives (the post office and picking it up myself) and they refused those as well. I can't buy a house to make it easier for you to drop off a package.

      i Have a package that Ihave been waiting on and should have arrived already. I submitted numerous tickets all to go unanswered. i spoke to the worst phone customer service agents who all had attitude and did not care. I have been told different information on each call as well. The give an excuse of why the first delivery failed, not due to my address, and immediately a I get a notification that the second attempt failed and is being sent back to warehouse. Nobody even tried to deliver it in the first place. Then I get told they will redeliver yet that didn't happen either. so I call and get some guy with an attitude and I ask for a supervisor then he just tells me they will call me back sometime. So I ask his name and he hangs up on me. Does this company ever actually deliver anything? Given the reviews and complaints, its amazing they are in business. I thing a large scale lawsuit would have been submitted by companies who use them. But they don't and allow this company to pull these stunts.       Though I am accepting the fact that you are actually taking responsibility and have actually admitted the wrong doing. The only thing that is the rejection part of this is I wanted to just state that the sender/seller is being extremely difficult due to this issue. I'm not sure if it is possible, but to add to what you said you will do in your response, but if it is possible to reach out to Temu and let them know as well. They are still under the illusion that you will be delivering the package and so as of now they aren't doing anything about it. I don't know if it is a lack of transparency or what. But ultimately I do accept a majority of your response. Thank you and thank you for looking into it and admitting wrongdoings on behalf of especially the customer service agents and the actual delivery agents.

      **************** UniUni delivered an item purchased through "needest.com" that was delivered on 7-4-24, with photos showing delivery to the wrong address. Issue brought to UniUni's attention and Needest.com, I sent photo proof of incorrect address delivery on 7-8-24, and have not received a response after several emails. Attached photos show the house delivered to with package on doorstep, and my house (grey.) Photos were sent to UniUnI upon their request on 7-8-24.

      This delivery driver from the unreliable service UniUni made no attempt to enter my building and provided no actual proof of delivery. yet it was falsely marked as delivered. No contact attempt was made and the driver mindlessly took a photo of a door that literally stated to use the other door. and then just a close up photo of the package, no actual proof of delivery. The even marked it as "signed for". Pretty sure that is illegal. All I want is my package to be delivered and not kept by someone who refuses to do their job correctly. Costumer service for UniUni is a joke.

I have sent several emails with no response and have called twice only to be put on hold for 50 minutes and then have my call not answered and then dropped. Their website says to contact them but there is zero way to contact them so I can only assume this shipping service is a scam. They also will not provide an address to their Warehouse so I can pick up my item. This should NOT be this hard. I just want my package that I paid a lot of money for and they are not delivering it and not letting me contact them via any services or via the steps they outlined on their own website. Do not use this service.

      Tuesday July 23 my order was out for delivery. I didn't get it, no updates and still says out for delivery. Uni hung up on me when I finally got someone. They are not answering my emails, ************ is the worst ever. They are rude, toss your packages. One guy actually swore at me. I imagine mine is long gone.       I ordered $75 worth of items from **** for my small business. The order was shipped through the carrier UniUni - tracking number UUS47B0837338612542. The address I supplied is a street address for my local post office, which every other carrier has been able to use without an issue. A delivery attempt was made by the UniUni driver on July 21, 2024, at 10:59 a.m., according to the tracking number. The post office is open and able to receive packages on Saturdays until noon. I know this for a fact since I was at the post office that day at 11:30 a.m., picking up another package. However, the driver marked it as a "failed delivery attempt" and returned it to an unknown warehouse. According to the tracking number details, I was instructed to contact UniUni to arrange for a second delivery. Four days of emails, and three days of phone calls occurred before I actually spoke to a live person today (I did not receive any emails). On Monday, the phone calls kept being disconnected before I was even put on hold. Yesterday, I called four times, each time being placed on hold from anywhere between 15 and 30 minutes before the calls were disconnected. Today, I placed two phone calls, the first was disconnected after 10 minutes. I finally got a live person after being on hold over 30 minutes the second time. I was told there was no way they could deliver my package to the post office (even with a street address on it). I need the items in the package by this Friday the very latest. I was told that I might be able to go to the warehouse, somewhere in ********** to pick up the package. However, the representative did not know the address of the warehouse and advised me that I would get an email with the address within 24 hours. After giving up on further action with the representative, I ended the call saying I would wait for the email. However, I then learn on their website that customers can only pick up packages at a warehouse if they live in ******! This is not an option!

      I am rejecting this response because: a second attempt to deliver was apparently made on Wednesday, July 31st and again, they refused to leave it with a postal agent to put in my box, after implying that it would be delivered without an issue. Two days ago, I got a response to an email asking why it wasn't delivered during the second attempt and they said they're looking into it and would get back to me within ***** hours. I still have not heard back from them.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      A. My name is ********, not *****. You couldn't even make an effort to get my name right in your response. 

      B. There was a street address on the package. One for the post office for that specific reason, UniUni is the ONLY delivery service that I've had a problem with leaving a package with the US ************ a government controlled company that handles millions of packages every day. 

      C. I had to get refunds from two separate companies and then reorder the items. I requested that the shipments be sent via any company other than UniUni. They were shipped through 3rd party companies who both had no trouble delivering the packages to the post office for me. I've had my accounts flagged at both Temu and BloomChic that they are not allowed to use UniUni to ship my orders since I'll never receive them.

      My orders from *** express have been sent back to their warehouse on ***** claiming my address was incorrect. I have used the same address for at least 6 other packages before, and all of them were sucessfully delivered. Since then I have tried to call them (calls never get answered) or e-mail them or fill out their customer service forms. So far I havent heard back from them and I believe they have no intentions on delivering my orders or wait for me to give up and go to their warehouse which is a 2 hour trip one-way for me.My order tracking number is UUSC000002865518

      Thank you for your response and for updating my address. However, its now Monday and I still havent received my parcel. My tracking status remains delivery attempt unsuccessful since July 17th, even though I was home every day and no delivery attempt was made.
