      I NEVER RECEIVED MY PACKAGE FROM *******. I ordered merchandise on June 30, 2024. I received a message from ******* on July 4, 2024, stating "abnormal delivery" because of the address. Confirmed the correct address with a Uni Uni rep on three separate occasions ( was told by a rep that they already had the correct address). I have sent many tickets that don't get answered. I requested re-delivery three times, totaling a 24-day delivery wait. Uni Uni rep sent me a picture of a driver trying to deliver my package to a dirt field on the wrong street. My package was sent back to the warehouse, I received a second "abnormal delivery" message on August 5, 2024, and now when I try and contact Uni Uni by phone my call is answered but no one says anything. Uni Uni has offered no solution, and plans on never delivering the package I paid for.

      This is an ongoing issue .I have lost many packages containing one of a kind merchandise that cannot be replaced due to this delivery service company negligence. This company likes to leave packages in unauthorized and unsecured location in my building. I have contacted them several times regarding this matter , have left a letter on my mailbox asking them to never leave packages in this said public area which is a lobby because they are often stolen. I have even gone an xtra mile to be proactive and everytime I see that Uni Uni has my packages , I go to their website and update delivery instructions practically begging them not to leave my packages in the lobby and bring them to my apartment door as outlined on the address. To no avail and as a result on July 24th 2024 my packages were stolen from the unsecured and unauthorized location where delivery person left my packages. The person took pictures and clearly it was evident that the packages were delivered incorrectly. He left my packages in a public area located near mailboxes not designated for packages as this building doesnt have a mail or pkg room and all packages should be brought to the buyers door . There are two working elevators in the building and an intercom system. I contacted Uni Uni they said they would investigate. On July 26th I got notifications that they would be issuing a refund . I sent them all the information requested such as receipts and choice of refund payment app. The app I chose was not an option for them and was asked to send my ****** information. I did this and waited for my refund and never received it. I On July 28 I was asked to send tracking numbers which was already outlined in my initial complaint . Then I started receiving messages that was received during the initial process of my complaint. I was told they only refund up to ****** my purchase totaled ****** On Aug 2 I receive message to go to vendor. ? The vendor stated its not their responsibility . What changed?

      Transaction 07/09. Delivery on 07/27. I got a text from ******* stating that my packages were delivered on 07/27 at 6:55am. I went downstairs a half hour later to do the laundry and I did not see any packages there. I didnt notice the text until around the time I got up to do laundry. So my packages were stolen. The tracking numbers are GV24US00U001279134 and GV24US00U001299330. I contacted them that Saturday and the *** said that shell have my ticket escalated. On Tuesday I contacted them and other *** said the same thing. I still havent heard from them or received any assistance. Today 08/02 I contacted them again and the *** was telling me that the tracking numbers are invalid. These are the same tracking numbers that Uni Uni provided when they sent a text saying that the packages were delivered. The *** was nasty and rude and he hung up on me. I would like to file a complaint. The amount in total was almost $253. The purchase was from *******. It was two pair of sandals and a pair of sneakers. I would like someone from UniUni to contact me regarding this case.

      Dear Better Business Bureau,I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against UniUni **************** I have experienced consistent and unacceptable service from this company.I have resided at my current address for over 11 years and have received countless deliveries without issue. Despite this, UniUni has repeatedly marked my address as incorrect, resulting in delayed deliveries and the inconvenience of scheduling additional delivery attempts.Most recently, on July 29th, they delivered a package to my home several days late. This directly contradicts their claim of an incorrect address. It is evident that UniUni's claim of an incorrect address is a false and misleading excuse to avoid fulfilling their delivery obligations.Their poor service is compounded by their apparent understaffing, leading to significant delays in deliveries.       The package wasnt delivered today and there has been zero movement on this package from UniUni since August 2nd. This company is a complete scam and I have requested a full refund from the merchant. Ive let them know their courier is trash and lies about the status of deliveries and attempted deliveries. Ive attached a screenshot of the tracking information from the UniUni site which supports my argument that they havent delivered the package as promised and have no plans to.

      I have ordered from temu and a delivery service called uniuni was supposed to deliver . Temu refunded my order but when I called the uniuni company they told me to wait 48 hours. After 48 hours they told again to wait 48 hours. And guess what happened after 48 hours? They told me to wait again. My parcel has been on the out of delivery status for ************************************************************************** stress. Their call center is very busy and the wait time is around 50 minutes. What do I do?

      I ordered two items online, which were delivered by UniUni. One item was a plastic coffee bean grinder, and the other was a custom metal street address sign. When I retrieved the package from my front door, the bag was crumpled. No surprise when I opened the package, my metal sign was bent in half with the corners crumpled in. When I reviewed the video footage from the cameras at the front of my house, I could see the delivery person haphazardly throw my package from about 25 feet from my front door. There was no barrier or other reason to prevent this UniUni employee from walking that 25 feet and placing my package at my doorstep. I have no dogs, fence, or other reason for this except his lack of effort. His throw was off, as the package smacked into a support pillar before falling to the ground. Not happy with his first throw, he walked over, picked up the package and threw it the other five feet to my front door. I reached out to UniUni that night, creating a 'Customer support ticket' as suggested on their website. I explained the issue, explained I had video of the incident and provided a photo (since the website would not allow me to upload a video). I received a confirmation email that I would be contacted by an agent within 1-3 business days. Well 4 business days later, no contact. I called UniUni instead, and was placed on hold by a bot due to 'high call volume.' After some time, the bot told me my wait time was 25 minutes. After about 5 more minutes, the reported wait time did not decrease and I did not have infinite time to wait for a representative. UniUni ruined my purchased items, threw the items at my house, hitting my house pillar, and the company does not reached out to correct or address this issue. Very disrespectful to customers and the businesses they deliver for.

      I have waited and I have already responded to there message with no response back in a email they have sent to me to verify my address I have even taken more actions by calling them again to make a attempt but they will not answer or there system hangs up on me multiple times I figure 3 attempts on my part to go the extra mile to get stuff that I should not have to beg for or chase down because of there neglect and poor communication skills they are not in any way trying to deliver this package they have made zero attempts I even left my phone number and directions if they have any issues in the last message that they had sent to my email a week ago around August 18th  i verified and had with no response from them after sending it back to them...

      If you was fixing the problem and making sure things getting delivered you would have done that by now the last email I recieved from you was August 15th not the 18th if you want to make it right you need to  stop making excuses and deliver this product but instead you keep replying to bbb instead of delivering just be honest and deliver it if you are not going to deliver then be honest and say that uni uni is not a good  company and will not deliver quit trying to make excuses and say how and say how you are going to deliver when there has been zero attempts if you was fixing the problem you would of already delivered it all your doing is replying before deadline from bbb and still not delivering this it has now been over a month and you have done nothing to fix this you want to fix this then deliver it to my door this week or just stop replying saying you want to fix this then deliver it

      I placed an order off *****. They used this horrible delivery company as their delivery carrier. My order went out for delivery on 07/23/24 and I still have not received my order. I gave them a new address for delivery and still have not received my order or any updates on when I will receive it. They said my address was a PO Box but its not which is ridiculous.. My address is a business where I get packages delivered so they wont get stolen. This has been the most stressful delivery service Ive ever dealt with. Also, their delivery driver lied to me and said they delivered my package but never did.. Im sick and tired of this company. I just want my things.

      I have been waiting for a 2 part delivery from this company for weeks now as I can not go get kids school close due to me having 3 major surgeries and they first said failed delivery, but no one ever came. Im always home because I cant travel right now. I first filed for a ticket on the packages and never got a response. I then called the number provided which didnt work (its a non working number message), I then searched and finally found another phone number waited on hold 45 minutes then the gentleman told me it was back on the truck and going to be delivered again that was a week ago. I still have nothing and have put in two more tickets for it and still NOTHING! This company is horrible. I just want my packages even if they are dropped at the local post office to be picked up, something.

      I called on July 26th and the gentleman at UniUni said my packages were on the truck to be delivered that day. Nothing came all day then it updated in the system that it was out for delivery on July 28th, but it never came. Then today it updated with a message saying 07:28:01 2024-08-02 Scanned parcel processing delay. Dallas TX.and I called the company again today was on hold 30 minutes and then they hung up and never called me back.
