      A UniUni driver threw my package at my front door and damaged the screen portion of my front door. I've submitted a complaint ticket with UniUni however they are not resolving the issue.

      UniUni was supposed to deliver my package. When I checked the tracking on their website and spoke to a customer service representative the said that an attempt had been made to deliver my package on September 29th, 2025 at 6:46 AM and on September 30th, 2025 at 9AM. Both times I was home and we have a loud dog and camera. No attempt was made to deliver my package and now they are saying it needs to go back to the warehouse per customer service person I spoke to on October 1st, 2025. I am just asking that they do their job and deliver my package within the next few days. This item is very important to me!

      I am filing this complaint due to repeated delivery failures, false status updates, and lack of proper customer service from ******************** regarding my package [UUS59L0566884062341].On multiple occasions, UniUni has marked my deliveries as failed late at night (as late as 11 PM) despite no driver ever attempting delivery. Their system sent me texts claiming a delivery attempt was made or that I missed the driver, when in fact no attempt occurred.I have spent hours on hold (often waiting an hour just to speak with an agent). When I finally reached support, I was told my address was verified and the package would be delivered. Despite this, my tracking still shows shipping exception invalid state even though my address is correct and was confirmed by UniUni staff on the phone.This is not the first time. I have had recurring issues with UniUni repeatedly marking my address as incorrect, causing delays and failed deliveries. I gave UniUni clear delivery instructions and confirmed the correct address, yet the problem persists.The repeated delays, misleading status updates, and lack of accountability from UniUni have caused me unnecessary stress, wasted time, and a serious risk of not receiving the items I paid for.

      I had a UniUni delivery driver take pictures to "confirm" the delivery of two packages and immediately steal them. Both instances were caught on camera and I have the video available. Unfortunately, I can only include a screen capture here. UniUni's customer service is abysmal, and their customer service phone number does not work. They clearly do not screen their delivery drivers for theft. I would either like the products I purchased or a certificate of failed delivery for each order so that I can seek a refund with the original vendor.

      I am revising my compliant to remove mention of a "refund from UniUni". This is not simply a "failed delivery". The items in question were stolen by the UniUni driver upon delivery. This driver was caught on Ring camera "checking in" the packages as delivered, and then picking them up and taking them back to their car. Video footage was sent to UniUni. Cases have been opened with UniUni (independently of this BBB case), PopMart, ******, and I have also filed a police report with my local law enforcement agency (please reference case #**-19842 with the ***************************). 

      For me to mark this complaint as "closed", I would like to receive aknowledgement that the items were not delivered. If I, at minimum, recieve a reciept of failed delivery for these two orders, I can ask for a refund from the original vendor (PopMart).

      I placed an order for ROS-010 BEETROOT 60 CAPSULE about a month ago and I keep receiving orders so far I have received 10 bottles. the last package yesterday. I have tried my very best to cancel this order and spent hours on the phone to no avail.I have two tracking # and I will give them to you 1. TBA323131333295 2. UUS59P2488902243954 Not sure how much they have changed my card and in the process of making a dispute with the bank to have this company blocked from account.

      I am beyond frustrated and disappointed with UniUnis handling of my package. It has been over 7 days since the package status showed Out for delivery and yet no one has delivered anything.I have called customer support more than 20 times, and every single time I was met with empty promises, lack of accountability, and vague reassurances that someone will follow up. No one has. No callback, no resolution, no escalation. Just endless waiting.This is by far the worst delivery experience Ive ever had. Not only has the package not arrived, but the customer service team is completely useless unable to track, escalate, or offer any solution. Im left in the dark with no idea where my parcel is or if Ill ever receive it.I am filing this complaint to formally document this nightmare and urge UniUni to take immediate action to resolve this. I also hope this serves as a warning to others who may be considering using UniUni choose another courier.

      I ordered some items that come from a big company called youtooz in ***** that were supposed to to be delivered through Uniuni. They are scammers/lazy or liars about delivering my items because they claim that it was undeliverable when Ive been home all day and weekend. It was first suppose to be delivered on Friday and said out for delivery on their site so I waited. Nothing came and no update all day for the tracking. Saturday hits and I called asking why it was delivered. They agent tells me they put in a request to see whats going on and 20 minutes after I get off the phone, I get a notification saying it was undeliverable. I was home the whole time and no one showed up. They even state they would call if something happens during delivery. No phone call. So I call them back and get a different agent who just updates my delivery instructions and says that since it goes back to the warehouse I have to wait 24 hours for them to get it then by Monday it should be redelivered. I even got an email that said the same thing. So now Monday hits I called early in the morning and made sure that they were aware i want my items today. I even emphasized that I want a phone call if there are problems with deliveries. Then a couple hours later I get another notification saying the same thing I got Saturday. So I call yet again. And then two agents wanna tell me that it takes 7-10 business days for them to redeliverliterally the opposite of what I was told Saturday. On top of why does it take 10 days if its in the same city??? Why did no one call me again when it was time to deliver? They are liars and scammers and Im tired of them getting away with not being truthful with peoples items that we spent our money on. They should not be an open business. I also have 5 others that are suppose to go through them and one of them cant even deliver properly. It was over $200 worth of items.

      My order was delayed twice due to drivers lying about coming to my apartment and not being able to deliver. I was standing outside all day, no one ever came and the instructions clearly stated to call when arrived. No one ever called and no one ever came to try now I have to have my package delivered to a different address. I tried making a claim against the drivers that have been doing this but no one was able to help me

      This logistics company failed to deliver my package. I attempted to call the number on their website ***************) but can never get a live agent. They force you to complete a customer support form and state youll receive an answer within ***** hours. I completed said form on September ******* and have not received any response as of yet (It is September *******). I believe this to be a shady and fraudulent company.

      Package was set for delivery today. The status was then updated as Failed delivery attempt, returning to the warehouse. (Rejected Package). I work from home and have cameras. My doorbell works and my housemate was also here. I can see cars from my window. I checked the cameras and nobody showed up within an hour before or after the supposed attempt time. Had to call to get a ticket open to re deliver since it was being sent back to the warehouse even though this was the FIRST attempt.
