      I ordered an item from a ******** ad a retro gaming emulator UniUni recieved the item on 07/01/25 they claimed that they were delivering it on 07/11/25 i was home all day no one attempted a delivery. On 07/12/25 at 0700 they sent me an email and stated they attempted to deliver the package but could not due to severe weather it is currently 85 and sunny where i am located i also checked my camera and no one attempted to deliver anything at 0700. Ive attempted to resolve it via telephone and was told they would attempt in 48hrs they dont know why the driver did not deliver or arrive

      I placed an order on June 4th and it was in transit to me until it got to ***. After that I havent had any updates and the package is way over the delivery date. The last update was on June 23 and no one seems to know where the package is. I will like my package found and delivered

      On 7/1 UniUni attempted to deliver a package I was expecting from Temu. The address provided is for a *********** box , which both Temu and UniUni both are aware of. Uniuni claims they dont deliver to a post office box. I had a previous order delivered to the same address from UniUni on March 18th, 2025 without any issues. When I received the email from temu it stated I must contact UniUni within 10 days to reschedule delivery which I did and provided them with my physical address. I emailed uniuni on 7/4 and received an email that ***** for an update. On 7/08 After waiting on hold 74 mins I spoke to an employee with uniuni who said he put in my address change and 1-3 days they would re deliver my package. Perfect just the outcome I wanted.!! On 7/09 I received an email that Temu doesn't allow them to change the address after 1 failed attempt and my package was being returned to temu. I spoke to Temu who said No that is not their policy or their practice after only 1 attempt. I called Uniuni and also emailed the chat from Temu. Again on 7/11 I received an additional email from uniuni that they were returning it to sender. How can a carrier company make 1 attempt and when given a different delivery address refuse to deliver my package. The now have 3 different packages of mine and have refused to deliver to the address I provided as an updated address and temu still has not received them back.       This parcel was flagged as undeliverable due to the original address being a PO Box, which falls outside of UniUnis delivery scope. While we understand that previous parcels may have been delivered to the same or similar address, its important to clarify that PO Box deliveries are not permitted under UniUnis delivery standards.
      In cases where a delivery to a PO Box is confirmed, the driver may be subject to internal penalty, which is why most parcels addressed to PO Boxes are held and returned, even if a past delivery may have slipped through.
      In this specific case, we are unable to proceed with a second delivery unless TEMU contacts us directly with authorization. If no action is taken, the parcel will remain in our storage facility and will automatically be returned to the vendor after 30 days.

      I am rejecting this response because:I have contacted Temu several times and continue to be told it is my responsibility to notify UniUni of the new address as I did with the other 2 packages that were addressed to the same address but delivered to a new address I provided.  UniUni was notified about that parcel as well prior to the delivery attempt. Someone with the company failed to update the address in time. I notified the company on 6/28 via the chatbot. Temu said that they dont know why there is an issue and have reached out as well. I simply want my package delivered since they delivered the other 2.

      Package with tracking number UUS56R1784417409068 which you have had in your possession over 30 days should have never had a delivery attempt to the po box when your were notified prior. Temu has repeatedly said you have been instructed to redeliver the package to the address I provided.  Temu claims to have reached out several times and I've also emailed you copies of the email I recieved stating the instructed uniuni to deliver to the new address.  You are interfering with the delivery of something I paid for and have not even returned it to the sender.       Uniuni has stated several times that they still had my package. They have held it an essive amount of time. 45 days is not responsible by any means. Uniuni made the decision to hold the package at no time was it a temu policy issue. They need to accept responsibility and be held liable for their actions

      Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. We have reviewed the shipments listed in your complaint and can confirm that two of the parcels have been delivered. The package in question is tracking number UUS56R1784417409068.
      At the time of this shipment in July, Temu parcels were restricted to a single delivery attempt under the vendors policy. Because of this restriction, UniUni was not permitted to rebook the shipment for a second delivery once the first attempt was unsuccessful, even when alternate address information was provided. The parcel was therefore returned to the sender and is no longer in UniUnis possession.
      We understand how frustrating this situation has been, particularly given your efforts to provide an updated address. Please note that this policy has recently been updated, and UniUni is now able to book second deliveries for Temu parcels moving forward.
      For this specific order, we recommend contacting Temu directly to arrange either a replacement or a refund.

      I am filing a complaint about UniUni, the courier responsible for delivering my two packages: GV25CAA0U016690642 GV25CAA0U016715726 The packages were marked as Failed Delivery Attempt on July 8, 2025. I was home all day and received no call, no knock, no notice, and no delivery attempt. I also did not receive any tracking update or notification from UniUni before or after this.After seeing the failed delivery status, I submitted multiple redelivery requests through their website and wrote to their email support ************************************* but I have received no response at all.I then offered to pick up the packages in person at their depot, and again was completely ignored. Now the tracking status shows Inbound Return, meaning the packages are being returned to the sender without my consent.This is unacceptable.       In the morning on 7-10-25 my Uniuni tracking #UUS5750560466779783 showed my package was in ******** and was out for delivery. Later in the afternoon on the same day, I received an email from Uniuni stating "their delivery attempt failed". There was NEVER any attempt made because I was at home all day & even left my gate open for them. I immediately sent an email to their customer support team regarding this issue. They responded back stating they received my message & would text back to me within 24 to 48 hours. I was not satisfied with such a long wait, so I called the # shown for them, which was to be in the *************. After being on hold for over 15 minutes, I finally was able to speak with someone, evidently NOT in *****************, saying she couldn't help me but would transfer me to someone in ****** & to hold on but then it just hung up on me. Now I have to pay for an expensive International call. I really wanted this package so again, I sent another email to the support team to re-schedule another delivery. They have not responded to this message. I am hoping this was not a scam because, as I previously stated, I really wanted this order.

      I have been waiting since yesterday at 7:35 am for a delivery. It is a gift and need to receive asap. After reading all the reviews clearly your deliveries are questionable. Both *** and ********* send email in the morning and delivery is within 5 or 6 hours on the same day. The support line is useless. They just tell you "out for delivery" and that's all they say. Very difficult to stay home waiting when I have a dog to walk.

      We also want to clarify that for certain merchants, including Temu, our ability to book a second delivery is restricted due to their internal policies.       This company came out to deliver a package and the 2 men that showed up in a SUV with a old mattress attached to the top of it were taking pictures of my little girl while she was playing outside and I didnt know until after they left and she told me then, they wouldnt just leave the package and insisted I come outside and I said leave the package and they woukdnt . It wasnt of hardly any value . Plastic shoe covers . They sat outside my home for 15 minutes then started driving all over our farm ( 100 acres ) and snooping around my uncles home on the farm. Then they came back again the next day . My alarm on my horse stable was tampered with . I asked them to not come back to my house several times after calling customer service . I ordered a bunch of stuff from Temu so I cant stop the deliveries because no one will pick up the phone . They do not speak English and they are really pushy . I feel unsafe and have contacted homeland security and the *************** . They are coming again today and I cant stop them and Im concerned . I dont feel safe at my own home now .

      They are the delivery company for products I have ordered from different companies. They claim to attempt delievery, but also say that I have an incomplete address. I have had delievery drivers confirm address, and then mark the package as attempted delivery but they do not call, text or buzz my unit. As they have said the address is incomplete, (it's not), I've emailed the company to confirm by fully typing my address again, and then they respond saying they need my full address - when it shows my response that I have already sent it. The package has not moved since June 18th, and it is now July 5. I also have another package that I'm having the same issue with.
