5 starsWe were very pleased with the service call. We had no hot water on the weekend. When we called Monday morning we were told that the technician was not in that day. We were told that we could have someone come out on Tuesday. They put ** with the first appointment of the day. ****** came and worked on our hot water on demand system for well over an hour. We got hot water restored. The kettle was unplugged. As a ************ member who had recently had annual maintenance completed on the system, he did not charge ** for this service call! We were very pleased with the service provided, and with the knowledge and thoroughness of ******.

5 starsI started using Gandy in 2018 for my new furnace and a few years later for my air conditioner. Recently subscribed to their ************ for additional savings on maintenance. Service has been exceptional. Knowledgeable staff who provide useful advice and guidance. Will be using them again for either a hot water tank or hot water on demand system. 5 starsAs usual, the Gandy technician, in this ******************, did a thorough and efficient job of the annual maintenance of what is by now a fairly old furnace. He was courteous and helpful. I have been a customer of ********************** for at least 40 years, starting back when it was Kerrisdale Heating and Plumbing. I have always feel confident that I can trust them whether its for a new installation or general maintenance. I can't even remember an occasion when I've had a problem that required a special visit?Gandy Installations Ltd.
