5 starsI have been a customer of ********************** and its predecessors for more than 30 years. In all this time I have found them to be a thoroughly professional company. They have always taken the time to explain the work they were going to do, and the results they achieved, verbally and/or in writing . Recently they reinforced my appreciation of the quality of their service by being very considerate of our wishes and difficulties. They made extra visits to ensure that the problems we had were repaired to our satisfaction. Their staff, both in the office and in the field, are aways helpful and pleasant and ready to listen and understand our issues. I recommend them unreservedly.

5 starsThe installers for my furnace were polite, helpful and professional. My furnace is working very well. I also appreciate that someone from Gandy Installations delivered two space heaters to warm my home for a day or two before the installation. 5 starsGandy's replaced our old furnace. All the technicians were very pleasant very efficient. They made sure they put down drop cloths everywhere and cleaned up after themselves when they were finished. We couldn't be more pleased with the way everything turned out. We've been loyal customers with them for about 15 years and have always found their ******************* people kind & courteous. Highly recommend them.Gandy Installations Ltd.

5 starsWe lost heat on New Year's Day - we had an ancient furnace and had it replaced by Gandy two days ago. The crew was here on time and did an awesome job, very efficient. New air exchanges had to be installed and the technician found a better way and not cutting holes in the bulkheads - fantastic! Everything was done to our satisfaction, and everything was cleaned up before they left!
We are with Gandy for many, many years, had a heat pump installed 12 years ago - service is just wonderful and reliable!Gandy Installations Ltd.

5 starsFirst time that the ducts were ever cleaned. Kyle and two assistants, explained what services were to be done. Then they laid down cloths sheets for the duct piping and they even removed their shoes. The whole procedure took 45 minutes and the good thing it that the process is covered under the Comfort plan. 5 starsJust had a service for my boiler and gas fireplace. Ryan the technician did an excellent job making sure that everything was up to par and made sure that he asked me if I had any concerns or questions which I really appreciated.
