    The recent service call by **** on our living room fireplace demonstrated the excellent long term service we've received from Gandy. **** is a pleasure to have in our home, he is exceedingly knowledgeable and experienced and came up with a solution for our problem that turned out to be a failed safety switch. We are proceeding with the solution to instal a new safety switch. Many sincere thanks. J McK

    I purchased an AC 2.5 years ago and in March of this year I contacted GANDY as it was leaking terribly. I asked for a copy of my Warranty as it related to my contract and after a few requests it was not sent; I called x 2 to no avail. My investment cost me over $10,000.00 and lasted not two ******* (I was away most of one of the two *******); Despite knowing this GANDY did not ***sond to my requests re need for ***airs - other than to say it would cost me a Diagnostic fee of $400. plus Service fees even though this expensive machine is so new. Very disappointed; I finally called in Fortis as i was concerned with the electrical and they were not complimentary in terms of installations; I called in a non-affiliated ***air company who had expressed same concerns as Fortis *** did; In the end after i sent a registered letter to GANDY Mgr they called wanting me to take pics and email them directly to MGR (How does this help me - we are now into August?). Again, disappointing. Now i have to decide whether i seek small claims - BBB formal Complaint; Be cautious with them;

Gandy Installations takes pride in resolving customer concerns promptly and standing behind our workmanship for life.When you contacted us in March, you raised both a maintenance request and a concern about a leak. As the source of the leak was unclear, our team explained that a diagnostic visit ($189) would be required to determine the cause and confirm whether it would be covered under warranty. Your Lennox system carries a 10-year parts warranty, a 1-year labour warranty, and our lifetime workmanship guarantee meaning if the issue was related to our installation, the repair would be covered in full. We provided both the Lennox warranty documentation and your original invoice to confirm these ******** an effort to assist without delay, we offered alternative options, such as reviewing photos you could send to our Service Manager. Unfortunately, you declined to authorize the diagnostic visit and chose not to provide any photos. Without either, we have been unable to verify the issue, determine warranty coverage, or move forward with repairs.We also received your registered letter, which included allegations we take seriously. While we do not agree with your characterization of events, Gandy Installations is committed to respectful communication and believes such matters are best addressed directly.We remain willing and ready to resolve this issue. If you are able to authorize a diagnostic visit, provide photos, or share any third-party reports, we can proceed immediately toward a resolution. Our teams goal is to restore both your comfort and your confidence in our service.

    Great service. Gandy installed a furnace and heat pump in my house a couple years ago - excellent professionalism - took care of all necessary permits, etc. I am a Comfort Plus member and get yearly inspections of the equipment - again - great service.

    We discovered a leak in the pipe leading to our hot water tank. After we sent pictures of the leak and the hot water heater, Gandy advised us that we would need a new hot water heater. They sent two people to install it within hours of my call. We were extremely happy with the work they did.
