Hello i had the unfortunate experience of working with theses crooks in May 24 2025. They ran an ad saying there was a free trial and they also ran an ad claiming it was 4.70 a month. There was no asterisk next to the price or fine print words. They went ahead and charged me full price for a year. I looked at the program and not only it didn't work but it was low quality so I canceled my "free trial" within 15 minutes. Then I saw the 55 dollar charge on my account and I reached out to them but since they are a fraudulent company they have NO phone number to speak to someone live. You have to email them and wait on them to email back. No resolution was reached. What .makes this ever worst is that my history with them is that they charged me TWICE with in one year apart. I never knew about the 1st charge in 2024 until I started to investigate these *************** ripping off American consumers. I never used there program other than for less then 15 minutes which includes downloading to my computer. I need BOTH charges reversed!Business Response

I am rejecting this response because: it doesn't matter to if I paid using my bank, PayPal, my grandma's saving, in gold coins or any other means. Fraudulent and deceiving practices are to common and frown on by the USA government. There are heavy penalties for deception companies. Having one believe there is a free trial then having them believe it's a monthly payment is Fraudulent. I expect my refund and expect correct expecting of goods explained on this website so no one else fall victim.

On April 21st, 2025, I purchased RecoverIt from Wondershare, This was software that would recover an Excel file that had been damaged. Their product failed to repair the file, I cancelled the subscription on the same day. They claimed to have a 7-day money-back guarantee. A month later they failed to provide the refund, I contacted them via e-mail and after various communications they claimed that my cancellation did not qualify as a request for a refund. On May 8, 2025 I renewed with Wondershare Filmora. Ref#Q250509091408849128707 For the price of $71.31. I want a refund for that. This company is deceptive, does not offer human customer service and has misleading prices and merchandise. The way the prices and services are typed are meant to confuse the consumers, which lead to them choosing the wrong product. I paid on May 8, 2025. I tried to cancel an upcoming renewal and was unable to. The chat bot they have does not allow you to contact a human. I figured since I renewed on the May 8, 2025 that it would be updated in the system. I tried to cancel online before another double renewal but wad unable to due to their website preventing users from canceling. Wondershare has two pending charges on my credit card for the prices of ****** and a reoccurring monthly charge of ***** that I was not allowed to cancel on their website. I was under the impression my renewal on May 8, 2025 would null and void the upcoming charges. I never agreed to any reoccurring monthly charge of *****. The terms and guidelines state a 30 guaranteed money ******* states 24/7 customer support, which is misleading and fraudulent. Other editing providers have human customer support. My refund requests were denied within minutes. There is no way to reach a human. The price for this service is too high. The video quality is awful. REFUND FOR $104.87 - pending charges May 16 $***** - pending reoccurring charge May 15 $71.31 - May 8, 2025 I had to cancel my credit card because wondersgare does not give option to cancel renewals. Very sloppy business. I find wondershare to be deceptive, misleading, and untrustworthy when it comes to their money back guarantee. When purchasing Wondershare ******* this company takes your credit information and then does not allow you to Manage Payment/Edit your Payment Method. Hello Im contacting you about deceptive practice violation and theft Ive experienced using services from Wondershare Technology. I was working on a video project and accidentally deleted a file from my video camera. I stumbled across their website ************************************ on Friday, April 4th, promising a data recovery tool with a success rate of 99.5% and clicked on the link that saids try it FREE. Their website, under the FREE ************** section also states, Wondershare Recoverit offers a free scan of any hard drive. You can also preview all file types, such as documents, photos, music, and videos, for free before data recovery. Their website also states that they have a free version for data recovery, allowing users to recover up to 100MB of data. I downloaded the FREE app and used their FREE preview, which deceptively showed that the lost file I was looking for was working perfectly. Ive attached a screenshot showing the file -NMR007.MP4 file that I was attempting to recover. However, to download the file size it was over 100 mb, I was advised to upgrade to a premium version, which I had no problem doing because the FREE preview showed that my file was working well and their app stated that I will be able to repair the app. Ive screenshotted the upgrade to the premium version screen on their app, telling customers to buy a product to download the file after the preview. I paid $42.49 to download the video, only to download it to see that it was a standstill image, and the file was still damaged. As such, I reached out to them via email for a refund since their services clearly did not work for me and they have a 7-day money-back guarantee refund policy and I was well within the 7 days. I purchased a software subscription for Democreator which was advertised to have 7 day free trial that I could "cancel any time." ******** from customer support said I made two purchases, one was nonrefundable and the other was a separate product that had a 7 day free trial. There was nothing on the website that said I was making two separate purchases. If I was purchasing two things, it should have said that and it should have said the $60 charge was nonrefundable. It does not say that and instead says multiple times that I could cancel at any time. If I had known it was nonrefundable and I could not "cancel at any time" I would not have made the purchase which was done to try out this product. After I tried out the product for one day and cancelled the subscription, I was told they would keep my $60. They were also going to continue charging me a monthly charge on top of the $60 until I found about this and asked for this separate subscription to be cancelled. I am sure dozens if not hundreds of people were tricked the same way. I now see that there are many BBB complaints about this company which I unfortunately did not know about beforehand.Business Response

On March 18th, 2025 I looked into perhaps purchasing a subscription to Wondershare's Filmora program. Upon looking over the the plans, as with all other sites, it looked as if I could purchase a monthly membership for $4.99/month or a yearly membership for $59.99. Not being able to afford such a price I decided to click the $4.99. However, their ad was very misleading and I was charged for the $59.99 plus tax. There is no option for a monthly payment as they make it out to seem. Immediately seeing what had happened I reached out to the company without downloading nor activating the program sent along with the invoice. I informed the company that I did not want nor could afford this subscription and wanted a refund. After many emails and run arounds they still refused. They sent me a picture of their subscription page and that was NOT what I saw. They asked me to send them proof of what I saw on their page and I did so and they still denied my refund.
