On June 9, 2025, I purchased a PDF Element software from Wondershare. I was having problems making the payment on their system and ended up entering the payment twice. These amounts are listed below I immediately call to cancel the second license and was referred to their AI website for a refund. I follow their instruction, but I was unable to find the last option for the refund. Their IA program answers were redundant and did not address my concerns. I was looking at their pricing, and they lured me in with a discount to get an annual subscription. I was such a fool, I paid for a full year of service. The next two days I learned how horrible and user unfriendly their software is. Compred to other, including free AI image and video generators, these guys are selling you pure garbage. You cannot use any of their products on *******. They don't even offer 1080p resolution videos. No where at the time of sale did they specify this. They lure you in with fake images and videos pretending like it was made by their platform. Anyway, I just ask for an 11 month refund, I only used their product for 2 days. The customer service team are inconsiderate, they refus eto escalate, even their CEO will not respond, they cite or "refund policy" does not allow for refunds. If their product is garbage and everyone ***** refund, that is why they generate such an unfair and one sided refund policy. If instead they made a quality product, no one would be asking for a refund. They trick and lure you to buy a one year subscription. They should offer a 7-14 days trial period, but they don't because they know no one will pay for the service. They use deceptive means by offering a discount to be locked in to a year of service, and they show no remorse. I believe they are a *************** with communist tacticts, not knowing thet they operate in the ************* and ****** and such harsh draconian Chinese techniques will not work here. Our records indicate that you have subscribed to our Filmora 7-day free trial, which was offered to our valued old users who have not yet registered. As part of the trial, we informed users that their trial would automatically renew into a paid subscription after the trial period, and they were given the option to bind their payment method to activate this offer. Normally, users can feel free to cancel the trial in the account center before it was renewed.
And we only found one order under your email address, for your case, unfortunately, we cannot accept your request for a refund as it falls outside of our refund policy. The order renewal was automatically generated as per the user agreement and consented to by you during the purchasing process. ***** **********dear **** or madam, I never signed up for your free trial, And I think its very aggressive for you to be pushing a one year subscription, and using deceptive means such as offering a discount when Im trying to leave the transaction to complete the transaction. I think all of your products in the spirit of openness and fairness should have an attached trial period. If you claim I have a seven They trial., Then that translates to you can go ahead and give me a full refund. I only used your product for two days.
You never gave me a screen or a checkbox that made me read the refund policy at the time of purchase. Never even sent me a receipt for my purchase.
To have such a draconian refund policy, followed by such draconian Responses from a business, says your product is really garbage, and nobody wants to buy it, and almost everybody who buys it wants a refund, and you guys are in the spirit of taking money from your customers, but not giving it back. This also says to me that you guys are very desperate for money financially, because your product is such a poor one and other AI generators are taking away all of your customers.
That may be the way things are done in *****, but in the ************* in ******, when one gives a payment, One expects to have services in return for that payment.
If the service stinks so much that I dont want it, at least be courteous enough to refund me for 11 months of the 12 months when I only used your product for two days and found that it is such a poor quality product.
If you keep dragging this on, I will not quit. My next action will be to file a grievance with my attorney general and quite possibly with a similar such structure in your province in ******..
I have already left you a one star review for your Canada location on ****** maps, with an acceptable resolution. Id be willing to take down this one star review.

on 6/14/2025 i bought dr. **** wondershare data recovery, it doesnt work i tried 12 diffrent phones 6 different connection cords, i even tried to get help from there tech support and there tech support was talking about ios and then said that my problem was solved when i clearly explained its android and that it was NOT working. I tried to get help with tech support and they didnt listen or even try to help. They advertise Recover lost photos, videos, contacts, and messages in just a few clicks. Restore deleted WhatsApp and ********************** no root required. Supports data recovery on 6000+ Android phone and tablet models. and it does not.Business Response

Transaction on 6/9/2025. Products: (1) Wondershare AllMyTube -- $16.15 (Purchase Code Q25061011140779032686), and (2) "insurance" for same charged in the amount of $5.36 (Purchase Code Q250610121816949446153). Of Note: "Insurance" was never requested but was charged by Wondershare. On 6/9/2025 I received an electronic notice from Wondershare that my then existing license with AllMyTube needed to be renewed; until such time it would be inoperative. I paid for the renewal -- the $16.15 charge referenced above. In order to be operable this license required an activation code. When i made inquiry with Wondershare for this code I was informed that this product was "no longer supported" and thus the company could not furnish an activation code. Hence, the license was worthless. The software could not be used. Notably, i never received notice that this product was "not supported" until after i had renewed the license. I did not request "insurance" on any product and hence this is a charge neither requested nor desired.Numerous attempts have been made to contact Wondershare to remedy this complaint. I purchased UniConverter from Wondershare because their advertisement claimed it was the only way to download 1080p footage. That claim is false. The software does not allow me to download 1080p video, even though a free tool I already had can download the exact same file in 1080p with no issue. I made the purchase this morning 6/6/2025, and Wondershare is now refusing to offer a refund or respond to my concerns. This is a clear case of misleading advertising, and I strongly advise others to avoid this company. I want a full refund for the item that doensn't work as advertised. Hello i had the unfortunate experience of working with theses crooks in May 24 2025. They ran an ad saying there was a free trial and they also ran an ad claiming it was 4.70 a month. There was no asterisk next to the price or fine print words. They went ahead and charged me full price for a year. I looked at the program and not only it didn't work but it was low quality so I canceled my "free trial" within 15 minutes. Then I saw the 55 dollar charge on my account and I reached out to them but since they are a fraudulent company they have NO phone number to speak to someone live. You have to email them and wait on them to email back. No resolution was reached. What .makes this ever worst is that my history with them is that they charged me TWICE with in one year apart. I never knew about the 1st charge in 2024 until I started to investigate these *************** ripping off American consumers. I never used there program other than for less then 15 minutes which includes downloading to my computer. I need BOTH charges reversed!Business Response

I am rejecting this response because: it doesn't matter to if I paid using my bank, PayPal, my grandma's saving, in gold coins or any other means. Fraudulent and deceiving practices are to common and frown on by the USA government. There are heavy penalties for deception companies. Having one believe there is a free trial then having them believe it's a monthly payment is Fraudulent. I expect my refund and expect correct expecting of goods explained on this website so no one else fall victim.

On April 21st, 2025, I purchased RecoverIt from Wondershare, This was software that would recover an Excel file that had been damaged. Their product failed to repair the file, I cancelled the subscription on the same day. They claimed to have a 7-day money-back guarantee. A month later they failed to provide the refund, I contacted them via e-mail and after various communications they claimed that my cancellation did not qualify as a request for a refund. On May 8, 2025 I renewed with Wondershare Filmora. Ref#Q250509091408849128707 For the price of $71.31. I want a refund for that. This company is deceptive, does not offer human customer service and has misleading prices and merchandise. The way the prices and services are typed are meant to confuse the consumers, which lead to them choosing the wrong product. I paid on May 8, 2025. I tried to cancel an upcoming renewal and was unable to. The chat bot they have does not allow you to contact a human. I figured since I renewed on the May 8, 2025 that it would be updated in the system. I tried to cancel online before another double renewal but wad unable to due to their website preventing users from canceling. Wondershare has two pending charges on my credit card for the prices of ****** and a reoccurring monthly charge of ***** that I was not allowed to cancel on their website. I was under the impression my renewal on May 8, 2025 would null and void the upcoming charges. I never agreed to any reoccurring monthly charge of *****. The terms and guidelines state a 30 guaranteed money ******* states 24/7 customer support, which is misleading and fraudulent. Other editing providers have human customer support. My refund requests were denied within minutes. There is no way to reach a human. The price for this service is too high. The video quality is awful. REFUND FOR $104.87 - pending charges May 16 $***** - pending reoccurring charge May 15 $71.31 - May 8, 2025 I had to cancel my credit card because wondersgare does not give option to cancel renewals.
