Denial of my refund for the subscription renewal charge of $172.25 that occurred on October 21, 2025. This charge is unauthorized because my initial attempt to cancel the auto-renewal prior to the deduction date failed without notification. 1st Cancellation Attempt (3 Days Prior to Renewal): October 18, 2025, I logged into my Wondershare account and followed the stated process to cancel the auto-renewal for my subscription. I received no confirmation email or clear notification that the cancellation had failed, and I believed the service was successfully terminated before renewal.On October 21, 2025, I was charged the renewal fee of $172.25. This charge was unexpected & directly against my cancellation intent. Immediate *************** Request: Upon seeing the unauthorized charge on October 21, 2025, I immediately contacted Wondershare customer support via their ai portal to request a full refund. Concurrently, I successfully canceled the subscription on the same day (October 21, 2025) to prevent further charges, receiving a confirmation email for the successful cancellation shortly thereafter. Proof of Non-Usage: Crucially, I have evidence demonstrating that the ******** service was not utilized prior to the renewal date (October 21, 2025) and has not been used since the charge occurred. A screenshot of my creations folder confirms that no images or media were generated or created using the service. This complete lack of usage, combined with my timely cancellation attempt, proves the renewal was neither desired nor utilized. My request to reverse the October 21st charge was denied. All attempts to address this issue, including calling their support line, were routed exclusively through AI chatbots and automated systems. No human support representative provided clear answers or reasoning for the charge, the failed initial cancellation, or the appeal denial. The company provided no detailed explanation, simply citing a general non-refundable policy.Business Response

Still can't get into phone so there is no video she can show because she don't have another phone. I was looking for affordable video editing software and came across Wondershare Filmora. I tried the software and thought it worked well with what I needed. Furthermore, I didn't want any watermarks on my videos, so I checked out the payment options for their service. On the Buy Wondershare Filmora for Mac screen, they have in big font the price of the software in monthly increments. Seeing this and realizing it fit my budget, I went ahead and processed my payment for basic, which was $5.83. When it switched over to ******, it didn't even show a price. Thinking nothing of it, I continued the payment. When the payment went through, I got a notification stating that I got charged $69.99! I want my money back!Business Response

Hello,Thank you for all the work you do in helping people. On Thursday 9/25/25, I canceled my subscription to EdrawMax by Wondershare. Attached is a screenshot of my browser history showing this. As you can see in the screenshot, I was searching for a way to contact EdrawMax to cancel, then searched their help center on the topic, then went to my ************** to cancel it.However, it didn't go through. I have no idea why, but I believe it was due to a technical issue. At the time, I thought it had gone through successfully however.Then on Monday 10/6/25, to my surprise, I was charged $104.94. I requested a refund. It was denied immediately by AI (no ticket number given). I requested an appeal, it was also immediately denied. I then emailed them and ticket ******* was created. They sent me an automated reply & have not replied.I am a student. My teacher assigned my class to use the free trial of this platform to make a genogram and ecomap.I am very **********. I cannot afford this $104.94. Wondershare denied me based on the policy of no refunds once a subscription has been processed. Dear BBB,Thank you for considering my note!I ordered Wondershare Filmora about a year ago and I can't operate it. When I try to contact Wondershare there are so many steps to get to anything it's dizzying. Additionally, it seems to me that there is no one to actually speak to but everything is operated under AI. I have spent a decent amount of money on it foolishly with the hope that after buying this and that I would get some answers. But it seems to be impossible to get help. August 2025, I purchased a license to use *********************** video editor software. I paid $56 dollars for a year. I purchased the service to make some videos when I need to. I noticed that in order to use certain effects called creative assets, I had to pay for their use inside the software Ive already paid to use. So to avoid the hassle, I thought that I could use some of them for my projects, if I didnt have to buy any more. I thought I was purchasing them for $6.99, but when I placed the order, it said congratulation and that I had just spent $86.59.The bank knew I had not made that purchase, because I did not have the money in my account at the time, only $46. They knew I had not tried to purchase something just to be charged an overdraft fee of 35 dollars. They have a different philosophy about business, we are not their customers. People over here are their prey. So when I tried to use the service after the bank problem, they forced me to answer a survey. The survey is supposed to be for their use, and not for me to see and know. But these people made it appoint to let me know that they did not like the answer that I gave. It would take two or three days to export a document. Right now, I cannot use the software that I purchased. I read their refund policies, but you will only become dizzy from all the spinning around with the hope of getting your money back. I found nobody in ******* to talk with about their business practices here.I would like to have my money back. I also would like for others who might want to use their software or services to know that the company cannot be trusted and are a band of thieves. Hello, I had a very misleading and frustrating experience with Filmora on Sept. 5, 2025. The company advertised their democreator with a free trial. I believed I was signing up for a free trial. Instead, I was immediately charged approximately $80 for a full year. After downloading and testing the software, I found it to be poor quality and not functioning as expected. Within five hours of purchase, I contacted Filmora by email to cancel and request a refund. Despite my prompt action, they refused to issue any refund. I feel like I've been ripped off and owed a refund. This is unacceptable to not be able to give refunds within 24 hours.Business Response

This company is misleading buyers into subscribing for services that do not work. I purchased an Android unlocking service subscription. I tried everything and followed all instructions, but the phone never unlocked. It always stays stuck in 97% and the prompts in the instructions do not match what I see on my Android screen. It is simply useless. The worst of all is that when I tried contacting Wondershare for support, I was greeted with an AI assistant and NOT a live person. I tried many times to speak with a human being, and all my efforts were unsuccessful. I also tried the chat on their website, and was also unsucessful. At this point, I strongly believe that the company is operating a scam. The company is misleading its customers and is not providing their end of the bargain. They are simply letting an AI assistant troubleshoot to avoid taking accountability for their misleading practices. I no longer want the company's support. I want a full refund.Business Response

I purchased a permanent, perpetual license for their software "PDF Element," not an annual license. On June 9, 2025, I purchased a PDF Element software from Wondershare. I was having problems making the payment on their system and ended up entering the payment twice. These amounts are listed below I immediately call to cancel the second license and was referred to their AI website for a refund.
