5 starsI really like MyTAXPrepOffice tax preparation software. It is easy to use. Clients like safely and securely uploading their documents into the portal. 4 starsI have utilized My Tax Prep Office as a tax preparation platform for the last three years. My experience has been quite positive. I do believe the Platform is better suited to Preparers who have a fairly broad knowledge of and experience with the Internal Revenue Code and the various forms which are used in tax preparation. In addition, my experience has been the customer service aspect is handled quite professionally by them. Their follow-up on software issues and access problems is very adequate, in my view. In addition, their extensive online support, including critical 24/7 support during key parts of the Tax Season is very impressive.MyTAXPrepOffice

5 starsI have no complaints. I have used the software for 2 years and 2023 will be my 3rd year. The software was a little difficult getting use to my first year but I caught on and it makes my job easy. Customer service was great in resolving the issues I had and answered quite quickly. I love I can work from anywhere at anytime on any computer! I work from the beach, hotels and wherever I need to make my office.MyTAXPrepOffice

5 starsLove this software for my tax prep business. So easy to use and easy for my remote clients to get all of their info to me easily and safely.

5 starsExcellent customer service. I have been dealing with MyTaxPrepOffice for the past four or five years and at the beginning I was kind of worried because I never heard about them. I can tell you that it was my best decision. They only show a great level of professionalism and courtesy with customers and the software is supper easy with a great quality. 5 starsI started with MyTAXPrepOffice in 2014 when I had problems with another software company. I decided to take a chance with MyTAXPrepOffice and I have been with them for 9 years. Over the years there have been a couple of issues that came up. I contacted customer service and had an answer right away or technical support would have a work around.
