  This is my 2nd year using the software. The program runs accurately for the most part. Whenever I have had any issues they have been resolved quickly by the support team. I enjoy working with the support team and they listen to my input so they can better support the program. I would recommend this software. It is always a good practice to go over your return to make sure that everything is calculating properly, but I have found only a few things that I have had to correct.

  I have used this software for the last 3 years. Except for a few coding errors, the program runs accurately. I always review my returns before I submit them to the IRS and state. I've had a few issues, which were resolved quickly by the support team. I enjoy working with the support team and giving my input so they can better support the program. I would recommend this software, unless you are having to file extremely complicated returns. In that case, I would make sure all the calculations were correct before filing the return.

  I have been with MyTaxPrepOffice for severral years. I always come back because the customer suuport is excellent and any issues with the software they address in a timely manner. They offer training which is nice. I am sure I wil be back next year.

  I am an Enrolled Agent and have been in the taxation industry since 1975 when all was done manually with your brains.
  I have used a few software programs like ORRATX, and TAXWISE to name a few. For my needs, MyTaxPrepOffice ranks above them. The software is very user-friendly and accurate, and its product is very well presented in print.
  The support staff is just phenomenal. And for a nascent company with such a glowing performance record, you must attribute that to its management.
  I am happy I joined this company. I am thoroughly satisfied.
