5 starsI have been using MyTAXPrepOffice for the last 7 years and simply love it. This year though I had some issues but it turns out it was on my end with my systems memory. After I contacted online help and they shared screens with me it was an immediate fix. Then I realized that when I have an issue to immediately contact them and not try to figure it out on my own.
The customer service has always been quick and immediate, truly I enjoy using this software. I have clients in which they prefer me to use *********, when in comparison I can do more with MyTAXPrepOffice and to me it's a more Professional Software, nothing against ********* but, I will stick with MyTaxPrepOffice. I use this software for both of my firms and it works well. Thank you for making a software that's professional yet easy to manage.

5 starsI have used this software for three years now. There have been very few problems, but the support when a problem arises is amazing. I had a situation that required an addition to the software and it was done in a few days.

4 starsThis is our fourth year using the software; however, we can prepare returns for up to nine years for a client. We love the fact that we can log into the system from anywhere on the globe and solve a client's need. Also, all returns are kept securely in a cloud database to maintain security.MyTAXPrepOffice

5 starsThis is my third year using the software. I enjoy the software but sometime when using it, I notice it takes a while to load. I love the option of my clients being able to upload their documents versus coming into the office. Most of my clients are repeat customers, therefore I don't need to hold up their day preparing their taxes. They appreciate the upload feature too. I would like for them to include a feature that says maximize your refund in the education form, this way I don't have to enter in the amount from where the student paid it automatically does when I hit the button to maximize. I also wish it made recommendations to preparers for something we might've overlooked. Overall a great program. I love it and will continue to use it.MyTAXPrepOffice

4 starsIt is a good product for the money and easy to learn. You have to be careful to review it and answer the relevant questions, like Earned Income Credit to be sure it is calculated. More difficulty with high earner returns such as K-1s for a real estate professional. Submitted help tickets and was told over a two week period that they were working on the problem. Finally gave up and did a work around. I did several help tickets over the years and usually the solution is pretty fast. Easier to override than ********* and *** ***.MyTAXPrepOffice

5 starsThis is my 2nd year using the software and have been quite satisfied with it's program. I have had good contact and support when needed. Software has steadily improved in friendliness for use. Tax preparation software is for knowledgeable tax professionals. This is not a DIY package site, the tax professional must be able and willing to see the connection of forms that carry to main return. Garbage in garbage out theory, so KNOWING what you are expecting to see and able to identify as proper data entry is for the tax professional; that being said, my minimal contacts with Customer Service have been addressed timely and professionally and I look forward to continuing with this affordable and efficient software.MyTAXPrepOffice
