      **** was very pleasant. **** just a few minutes to reserve. His accent was a bonus; who doesnt love a British accent!

      I made a reservation on April 8, 2025, at 8:26 p.m. CDT. I cancelled the reservation on April 8, 2025, at 8:33 p.m. CDT. When I made the reservation, the information on the screen said a credit card was needed to hold the reservation, but would not be charged, AND that I had until April 16 to cancel. Upon speaking with one of repr their representatives yestereday, he confirmed that cancellation could be made before April 16. However, the total sum of the reservation cost was taken out of my bank account immediately and after the cancellation, a full 7 minutes, I received back about 1/3 of my money. I am furious!

      Scheduled reservations for the *********************************. The agent was very professional and to the point. She did not try to up sell me and completed my reservation in less than 5 minutes.

      Made reservations through reservations.com paid the $200.00. Went to check in and the room we had paid for wasnt available. We did not stay, we left and were told that management would release the funds the next day, When they had been notified of the situation. That was on April 1st now we are April 7th and are still waiting and getting the run around. *************** keeps sticking to the story that Townplace Suites will not release the funds and we still get told talk to Management. Which I guess we just keep missing every time we call. 100% worst experience, dealing with both companies during the mess that was made by someone other than us. We had to stay overnight due to hospital stay with the va, everything was made so inconvenient and has been such a hassle. We just made the trip back home, after they already took our money and now wont give it back, for a service we never even received.

      This company is a complete fraud. I was booking a reservation on the Wynhdam website. When I received the confirmation it was through Reservation,com. I have called several times and several numbers and get a complete runaround. It is impossible to get a cancelation. Let alone get your money. consumers beware. Be sure you are on the website you think you are
