      Mistakenly booked with reservations.com thinking I was on the *********************************** site. (Came up when I typed in the hotel name) The rate quoted was $75. They charged my credit card $111.35. When I questioned this, I was told it was a $36 "service fee." This was never disclosed at the time of booking. (They never even sent me a confirmation). My complaint was met with the offer of a $7 discount. No other travel site tacks on a fee like this. TOTAL FRAUD

      The idiot on the phone would not answer direct questions about the rate without tax. Then when I questioned the amount of tax.. he stated that is the rate I gave ******* guys are a joke! Train them to do business the correct way!

      Mistakenly booked a resort through reservations.com. When we arrived at location we found reservation was not complete. Occurred April .9. Called to cancel and we have communicated back and forth several times. Each time they say under review . To date April 26 still no refund. Complete scam of a company.

      This company is a rip off. They charge a non-refundable service fee then give unworkable contacts to cancel . Despicable rip off
