      You knew I needed a room at minimal cist but you failed to tell me tgat if I went directly to the hotel, I couldve saved around $35. You also failed to tell me that since I booked it with you online that when I got to the hotel, I had to pay a $100 deposit. I would not have to pay that if I had come directly into the hotel and paid for it I will never again book with an agent like you.

      ***** was Very courteous & professional. Pleasure speaking with him. Looking forward to my stay. He was nice enough to see the distance between the hotel and the medical facility I need to go to. And into my delight its only a couple miles away.. kudos to *****

      I thought his name was ******* but in squid layer mode and he did a wonderful job got me a better motel probably a four to five star motel on the same street for a dollar less and last night I spent three hours on the phone and got a two-star hotel that shouldn't even be on the reservation list ******* was wonderful professional understanding and took care of me in a wonderful way I appreciate his great customer service
