      ******** provided excellent customer service to me. He made me feel so much better after initially speaking to someone on reservations who was very rude to me. He apologized many times for this other person and made sure I got the best rate and answered my questions. He is the best.

      I had a complicated reservation and ****** got it all straightaway. He was so helpful he figured it out for me and booked it with lightning speed. His Communication skills are top notch. My only regret is I didnt call him earlier and fretted with my needless procrastination for weeks.
