      They wouldn't move a hotel room date made by mistake by one night while I had no issues doing the exact same things with ********** Also the same room cost $40 more than **********

      I would have given him a zero star rating if I could. I did not even realize that I was booking through reservations.com as I thought that I was booking directly off the company website. When I contacted them to let them know that we would not be able to make the trip last minute because my fianc had gone into **************, and was in the ***, They were incredibly callous and heartless. Despite my stress, I remain calm, and requested to speak to a manager. The woman that I was speaking to hung up on me because she stated that I was being difficult by asking to escalate the matter. This company could not care less about its consumers. I was able to get the issue resolved through ********, but have yet to receive a response through this company because they do not care.
