      Do NOT book through this site. They quote one price and then charge about 50% more in taxes and service fees when you to come to pay - and do not clearly disclose this. Its a complete scam and there is no full refund policy.

      Please do not book with this company. I booked our rooms and they were not like the pictures so the desk clerk said he would refund our money, when I called the company, they said there was a no refund policy, we live in ********* and when we got to ******* we did not feel like looking for another room so we stayed a night, the place was not the best but the desk clerk was so kind, and said he would not change us for a extra night, but I will say please do not book with this company.

      WATCH OUT! TRAVELERS!Our flight was cancelled at the ***************** on the night of 2/13 due to weather. We were exhausted and urgently needed a hotel room. I called reservations.com and booked stay at *****************. The customer service representative clearly told me that the hotel fee was $51.02 per room, with no additional charges.We stayed for one night and paid $51.02 to the hotel for each of the two rooms. However after returning home, I noticed an additional charge of $168.08 and $36.01 on my credit card. I reported it as fraud to my bank. Later, I was charged again and found out that the $168.08 was listed in the confirmation as the hotel fee, $36.01 was booking fee, and $51.02 was labeled as a resort fee, written far below the confirmation email in small print.This was very misleading. I specifically confirmed with the representative that the hotel fee was $51.02 with no additional ************ of experience: February 13, 2025
