      I booked a hotel, was informed my total was $261, was charged $400 and was informed I was able to get a full refund if I cancelled before a specific date, which I did (4 weeks before the date). Instead of refunding my debit card the $400, I was given a voucher and still have not received my refund to my original payment method. Hands down would never use this company again.

      I booked over the phone and was helped by ****, very professional and polite.She made everything very simple and reviewed everything.She also searched for the best rates, I feel I have everything I need to have while I'm somewhere that I've never been before.I'm very pleased with how this went.

      My boyfriend has encountered the most horrible, terrible, absolute worst treatment from **************** company. He believed he was making his reservation directly with the hotel and realized that was not the case. He cancelled within the time limit stated and the company WILL NOT refund one dime. He has a case number with them (their complaint department) and still no timely responses other than to continually pass his calls around I am taking this opportunity to warn others of their inept customer service and complete disregard for their online users. If anyone in the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU who can help; please help! I am disgusted with Reservations.com and their lack of service. Thank you ****** ******
