      My wife booked a room at the ********* for a single night for our anniversary. The price she says she was quoted was around $300. The price charged to our credit card was $1836 - for a single night in a small room. I called reservations.com and they have so far been unhelpful in resolving the issue. I called *** and while they won't provide me with a receipt because it was sold to a third party, the woman on the phone said the room was purchased for $190. So now I am left disputing the charges through my bank. I will never do business with this company ever again. Nearly $2000 for a single night in a tiny room with no view, no special accommodations. This business is a scam.

      I would not even rate them one star. Do not book through this site! They misled me in terms of where the hotel was located and then when I tried to contact them, they were very sketchy in the way they communicated. They said they would call me back within a certain period of time and they never did. When I tried to call that number it was a nonworking number! They indicated they had tried several times to contact the hotel where they had placed the reservation, but I was in the lobby and not once did the phone ring! This is a total scam! Do not use them!
