      I booked through Reservation Desk because their quote was lower than what the wedding block price would have been. Reservation Desk quoted me a price of $504.35 total, with $17.99 upfront and $486.36 due at the hotel. Upon checkout at the hotel, I was charged $540.36-- a difference of $54. The hotel told me they could not do anything about that since I booked through Reservation Desk, and I had to dispute it with them. Upon calling Reservation Desk, they told me that the hotel had their own fees that were adding onto what I was being charged. I checked my confirmation and there was nothing that stated the quote they gave me does not include additional hotel fees. They refuse to honor their original quote. Do not use them.

      ***** was extremely sweet for how last minute I was. Excellent customer service and even was patient with me when I was struggling to sign anything with my 7month old daughter in my arms. She was so polite and efficient. She checked me in and had me in my room in no time at all! 10/10 for customer service un my book! I would definitely book here again with how pleasant she was!
