      *** was very personable and respectful while I was asking him about rooms for a wedding in October. He informed me that a special teams group will be calling me within 24 hours to help discuss wedding prices and rooms and any other questions that I might have. It was a great experience.

      The site is extremely misleading. One thinks they are booking on the hotel website or at least the hotel's reservation site. Cost went up more than 50% after fees were added. ABSOLUTELY NO indication that the reservation is non-refundable. In fact, while scrolling down as you make reservation, before paying, there is even a line in gray area at bottom that says Click here to cancel. Once reservation is made and card goes through, still no indication until you open confirmation email. Too late. I called about death in family MORNING before the following day of reservation. They say they will request from "partner." Almost immediately receive email from "partner" (yes. "partner" requiring to attach a death certificate pdf) Of course I did not have it - then the next morning (day of reservation) I receive a denial from *************** stating that "hotel partner" has denied the request due to their cancellation policy.
