      I will never use this company to book hotels ever again, I will not tell anyone to use them as well. I booked 2 rooms with them once we got the email that confirmed it the names for check in was incorrect. We called them to have it changed and they keep giving me the run around about having to call the hotel to tell them the change and now they have to send it over to another department to have it review for the change. If I cancel the hotel then I lose my money so there is no win or lose in this situation. Will never use them again

      I would not even rate them one star. Do not book through this site! They misled me in terms of where the hotel was located and then when I tried to contact them, they were very sketchy in the way they communicated. They said they would call me back within a certain period of time and they never did. When I tried to call that number it was a nonworking number! They indicated they had tried several times to contact the hotel where they had placed the reservation, but I was in the lobby and not once did the phone ring! This is a total scam! Do not use them!
