    This website should be remove. This is a scam website. Its already 23 days and no updates on my order. Tried numerous times contacting the bbqgrills.com with no success.

    I placed my order for the ***** elx6 on November 30, 2023 with the bbq grills.com website saying it was in stock and would ship within 48 hours. I kept checking the shipping status and then about a week after I placed the order I got the back ordered please be patient with us status and promised it will ship ***** days. An email says hoping to have it ship by January. Its now end of February my calls and emails are now being ignored. Except today when I threatened legal action they responded to my email saying the elx6 is no longer available but they have two other ***** models that are smaller and of lesser value. I called ***** directly and they said that is completely false the elx6 is in stock and still available. They have my money and refuse to send me my bbq.

    This is a scam - like all other reviewers it is easy to place an order, the credit card is charged right away and then silence.No response to email, no response to phone calls, no delivery of merchandise.The business needs to be closed and the best way to do this is not order from them. 100% you cannot trust anything from the business

    We placed an order on January 30 and paid for expedited shipping (approximately six business day delivery). Not only have we not received the *** (a week after anticipated delivery), but I have called multiple times and sent an email, but no one will respond. The person taking the order was knowledgeable and helpful, but now we hear nothing.

    I ordered a grill from BBQ Grills.com back in December with a turnaround of 11 days. I received the grill a month later and refused it as it was damaged. They told me they would get back to me and after five request still no response. I filed a dispute with my CC company as well as PayPal. I can't believe there are still company's that operate like this with the amount of competition. I am also going to contact the manufacture of the ***** product I order to advise them on their business practices. I would think ***** would want to be associated with business that support customers.

    I ordered a Kamado *** Big *** III at the beginning of November when they set a sale price on the unit of $400 off, free shipping, AND a free cover. When I placed the item in the cart, the cover didn't show up anywhere in the cart. I called and spoke to a customer service agent at BBQGrills and they communicated with **** the manager/owner and confirmed that the cover was included. So I ordered and the grill showed up relatively quickly, but without the cover, so I emailed them to inquire as to the status. NO response. I called in early December and spoke to customer service (different than first) and she confirmed it would be worked on. Nothing showed up. I have been calling since the holidays and now no one answers and it goes to voicemail after the first few rings stating that they aren't available to take my call.

    I also ordered an EZ drip tub from.them December 2. Still haven't received it. I will never order from them again and will do what I can to let everyone know.

    seems to be the same situation here for me as well. placed order 2 weeks ago, prompt payment with promise of 24 to 48 hours shipping. here we are 2 weeks in with no response. I would look somewhere else for purchase.

    Agree with other dismal reviews -- ordered 2 gas log sets in early December 2023 -- they charged approximately $3,100 to our credit card -- never got products. Emails and calls to company not answered. One of the worst retail experiences I've ever had. Seems like a complete scam -- not a real business.

    ****** delivered the grill anywhere close to the time they were supposed too. I still Havent been contacted by the freight company to have it delivered. Just overall a terrible experience and I still dont have the grill that I ordered on November 26th.
