    Beware Beware ,horrible company ! waiting for my grill for six weeks and now its missing from my order ? Just like everyone else they charged my card and now i need to call my bank and dispute it . i left ten message and fifteen email and know one has ever got back to me:( Not sure how there in business. love all there fake reviews they have on there site .     Ordered a griddle for a Christmas present for my husband in December. Received a ********************** quickly. Got a tracking number then a phone call from the shipping company the day of supposed delivery. No one showed up for delivery & then the tracking number showed no longer. Called & emailed and never got connected or a response with the company. The shipping company did answer & said the order was canceled however there was no refund on my side. I filed a claim with my bank & thankfully they refunded the money & are investigating the charges. Total SCAM!! I am still receiving emails from this scam company!! BEWARE

    This is a scam - like all other reviewers it is easy to place an order, the credit card is charged right away and then silence.No response to email, no response to phone calls, no delivery of merchandise.The business needs to be closed and the best way to do this is not order from them. 100% you cannot trust anything from the business

    We placed an order on January 30 and paid for expedited shipping (approximately six business day delivery). Not only have we not received the *** (a week after anticipated delivery), but I have called multiple times and sent an email, but no one will respond. The person taking the order was knowledgeable and helpful, but now we hear nothing.

    I ordered a grill from BBQ Grills.com back in December with a turnaround of 11 days. I received the grill a month later and refused it as it was damaged. They told me they would get back to me and after five request still no response. I filed a dispute with my CC company as well as PayPal. I can't believe there are still company's that operate like this with the amount of competition. I am also going to contact the manufacture of the ***** product I order to advise them on their business practices. I would think ***** would want to be associated with business that support customers.

    I ordered a Kamado *** Big *** III at the beginning of November when they set a sale price on the unit of $400 off, free shipping, AND a free cover. When I placed the item in the cart, the cover didn't show up anywhere in the cart. I called and spoke to a customer service agent at BBQGrills and they communicated with **** the manager/owner and confirmed that the cover was included. So I ordered and the grill showed up relatively quickly, but without the cover, so I emailed them to inquire as to the status. NO response. I called in early December and spoke to customer service (different than first) and she confirmed it would be worked on. Nothing showed up. I have been calling since the holidays and now no one answers and it goes to voicemail after the first few rings stating that they aren't available to take my call.

    Ordered on Jan 15 with 24 to 72 hour shipping guarantee!! It's bow the 30th and still haven't received my grill. **************** just dances around the issue with supposedly ceo contacting me with promise of update, he didn't contact me and when I tried to reply him he's out of office on vacation! Probably with money he's taken for product not delivered. I'm obviously upset but 15 days late and bo respone is not good buisness. I've requested refund only to be denied. Don't use this company.

    I also ordered an EZ drip tub from.them December 2. Still haven't received it. I will never order from them again and will do what I can to let everyone know.

    seems to be the same situation here for me as well. placed order 2 weeks ago, prompt payment with promise of 24 to 48 hours shipping. here we are 2 weeks in with no response. I would look somewhere else for purchase.

    Agree with other dismal reviews -- ordered 2 gas log sets in early December 2023 -- they charged approximately $3,100 to our credit card -- never got products. Emails and calls to company not answered. One of the worst retail experiences I've ever had. Seems like a complete scam -- not a real business.
