    ****** delivered the grill anywhere close to the time they were supposed too. I still Havent been contacted by the freight company to have it delivered. Just overall a terrible experience and I still dont have the grill that I ordered on November 26th.

    Same story as everyone else. Ordered grill December 7 for Christmas present for my husband. Lied about shipping it. Even called the freight company they claimed shipped it. They said they had no deliveries to my address. Filed a dispute with my credit card company and told them so. Ordered from a different awesome veteran owned *** and received it in less than a week. On January 8 I got a phone call from a freight company stating they had a grill for me from BBQgrills.com. I told them to ship it back to them. Today on January 9 they finally called me for the first time and told me i would have to pay the shipping costs! More than 1 month after ordering. Beware, beware.....Or you will have a Nightmare Before Christmas like me. I must say after reading all the other horrible reviews I am surprised they are still in business.

    This company has promised my shipping several times to no avail. I have no grill. But theyve taken my money. They are rarely responsive and Ive asked for a refund which I still have not received. No product. No refund. Big promises and no action.

    This Is a scam website. Ordered a griddle insert for our grill on 11/21/2023 and website said it would ship in ***** days. Card was charged. Received an email on 12/6/2023 from the owner saying all orders would be processed by end of the week. On 12/14/2023 still no order/shipping update so emailed and asked for order to be canceled. As of today no credit to my card or email confirmation of order CX. Had to dispute the charge with CC company. Do not order from this website.

    At best this company is unethical, unprofessional and untruthful. At worst, they are scammers. Like many others, I ordered a grill and accessories during Thanksgiving sales with the promise of ***** hour delivery. After unanswered calls and e mails I finally got a hold of customer service and was told they hadnt heard from their distributor and had no information but would get back to me. Of course there was no call back. Called again and was told I would receive a refund in ***** hours and an e mail confirmation. Once again, nothing. After a few weeks I received an e mail from the *** who stated they were extremely busy, but promised all orders were processed, tracking information would be sent within a couple of days and products delivered the following week. A week later, no information and no delivery. I emailed the *** and received a response from customer service advising they are doing the best they can and I need to be patient. It is now in the hands of my credit card company to get a refund. Will now have to wait for the next holiday sales to order from a reputable company.

    BUYER BEWARE!!!Ordered a grill during their Thanksgiving Black Friday event. Their website mentioned that grills ship between ***** hours after purchase. I whipped out my credit card and placed an order faster than I ran to my GF's house when she told me her parents were out of town. 72 hours passes, and I check the shipment status of my grill, palms sweaty in anticipation. To my surprise, the there has been no status update.I proceeded to call BBQGrills.com customer support phone number, only to be stuck in a endless automated ****, that I would only wish upon the true evil's of the world. Although my spirits weakened, I persisted, dreaming of the juicy, smoke laden meat that would hopefully soon ***** my mouth. After 2 hours of staying in automated phone purgatory, I relented, and replied with an email asking about the status of my grill.I waited with baited breath for their response, hoping that my deal savviness did not result in me being duped in the most unrighteous way. After some days, I received a response, "we are working on it." This response did not leave me with a feeling of ease, so I persisted. I inquired if they had an estimate of when the grill would be shipped, and when I was to expect delivery, to which they responded, "We are working hard to get orders out as soon as possible."Only after CC'ing the **** did I get a prompt reply, that the grill would arrive prior to Christmas. This left me assured that my family would not go wanting come Christmas.Fast forward 2 weeks, the grill not yet been delivered, and the tracking is showing a delivery date after the New Year. My family's Tiny *** nightmare has now become a reality.I emailed the customer service Manager, ******, to express my displeasure with the quality of service, and the delayed delivery date. I was met with an aggressive response, deferring responsibility, with no actions or follow-*** the remediate the situation.BUY BEWARE!!!

    DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!I called twice before placing an order for an expensive grill to make sure it was in stock and was told it was absolutely in stock and ready to ship in ***** hrs. After a week without any tracking information I called and was told the item was definitely on its way and they just couldnt find the tracking info. Another week later they still said it was on its way. I contacted them again and said there was no way it was still in transit and that I needed another solution to which they replied that the item is discontinued and they would refund me by end of day. Three days later I had not received the promised refund confirmation email. At this point they just started giving me the runaround and got very rude saying it was not their fault my purchase had gotten messed up. I finally had to call my bank and to a credit card charge back. Only after disputing the charges did they decide to process a return. I spent hours on the phone and emails and not once did anyone ever apologize for their horrendous handling of my order. Order number bbq-23-*****

    Scam. They charged my card and still no grill or tracking no one answers phones either. I contacted PayPal to dispute the charge. They have a few days to respond. So far no response

    I should have read the BBB reviews!! DONT ORDER FROM THEM! Credit card charged immediately; three weeks later: no grill, no tracking number, no response to multiple emails, no response to multiple phone calls. Im disputing the credit card charge and filing a complaint with the CA Attorney General.

    I ordered a smoker from BBQGrills.com a month ago. Havent received my smoker, nor has it ever been shipped. Promises from customer service not fulfilled. Just a bunch of lies to avoid accountability. This place is a scam. Seems to be a fake website where they steal your money and never send any product. Do yourself a favor and buy from one of your local retailers and avoid getting scammed like I did.
