    After almost a month, I can't get credit on grill I canceled because it was backorder. Finally used credit card dispute process. **************** was friendly, but did nothing but offer excuses.

    This company is a joke and will never be the fastest growing grill company. I ordered one fire pit and accessories for a total of $ *******. I received the shipment within a month and it was damaged so I refused it. The same day I contacted ********* and told them that I refused the shipment due to damage and wanted a replacement. It is now November 21, 2024 and I dont have a replacement and I am being jerked around trying to get my money back. Apparently they have one person in accounting and they are never there and dont even try to get in touch with the owner because apparently they never work either. I guess my only option is to work with my bank to get my money back as well. Stay far away. Not sure how they have som many five star reviews on the website.

    I ordered lava rocks from here and they did not ship within the promised ***** hours. Ive waited nine days and they still have not shipped. Attempted to contact their customer support but they have not replied.

    I ordered a blackstone from them before discovering that they are a scam company. I can't believe they have not been shutdown. 2 weeks went by and I could not get an answer on when my grill would ship. I filed a charge back but this place needs to be shutdown.

    I order a ***** grill and a bunch of accessories 2 weeks ago and their site claims "in stock and ready to ship". This is a complete lie. I have called multiple times and they claim they will call the "warehouse" to check on the status and then I never hear back. They look to just do drop shipping so if you want your grill in any reasonable amount of time shop at a local brick and mortar.

    Placed 2 orders from this website. It has now been over a month and we have yet to receive a shipping tracking number. I have emailed and called several times and their response is always the same , the problem is an "internal issue". Do not order from this company. You will regret it, the way I do. I am now in the process of canceling and requesting a refund. I doubt I will even see a refund and my purchase was over 2K!!

    Disappointing Experience with BBQGrills.com – Avoid This Seller

    I would strongly advise against purchasing from BBQGrills.com. My experience with this company was extremely frustrating, and I believe they engage in misleading advertising and poor customer service practices.

    I ordered a grill from their website, which was advertised as "In Stock & Ready to Ship." However, after placing the order and having my credit card charged immediately, I received no shipping confirmation or estimated delivery time for two weeks. Despite multiple attempts to contact them via email and phone, I only received a response after three calls. The representative explained there was a supply issue with Weber, and they were now 2-3 weeks behind in shipping.

    At this point, I requested to cancel my order, and was told it would take 5-7 business days to process a refund. However, I have serious doubts about the timely processing of this refund based on my overall experience.

    This was supposed to be a gift, and the delay not only inconvenienced me, but also ruined the plans I had around the purchase. The lack of transparency, poor communication, and lengthy delays make me unable to recommend BBQGrills.com to anyone.

    Summary:
    If you're considering purchasing from BBQGrills.com, I’d suggest looking elsewhere. The misleading stock information, unresponsive customer service, and significant delays have made my experience a stressful one. There are plenty of other reliable sellers out there who won’t put you through this kind of hassle.

    If there was a star less than 1 star, I'd choose it.I wanted to send back an used item that did not fit. After 4 emails and 3 phone calls NOT A SINGLE RESPONSE!! Not even an automated email or call saying that had received a message from me and they would get back to me!!

    I ordered a ***** Grill Insert and a ***** Spatula from them on 7/02/24. Luckily I did receive the grill insert, but I have still not received the spatula. I have emailed and called them several times with no response. When I log in the look at my order status it says the items are being ************ says the item is in stock and ready to ship on their website. I would recommend getting your products somewhere else. This place is untrustworthy on my opinion.
