  This company as Royal prestige REMOVED. I purchased some trio parts and I called the company regarding it that the paint was coming off and they never did anything. I asked for a bolt for my pump. They told me they were gonna send it to me or send somebody to the house nobody did anything. Im eating paint out of the pots. I purchased false advertisement supposedly its a nonstick pallet and I have pictures and photos of the pots sticking to my food. all they do is false advertisement youre so repriced and nothing works once they sell you the products they dont care you ask them for things that you need and they dont help you. Theyre a bunch of rats.

  Brayan REMOVEDhas been wonderful as I had to return some recalled items and I now have the new replacements with instructions on how I should treat them before use. Even though I was unaware of the recall at the time, there was no problem with getting the replacements once I learned about the recall.

  Los productos son buenos pero los intereses al 24% es mucho aparte de lo que cuestan los productos. Creo que no comprara mucho por lo intereses.

  This company is such a scam. They have sales people that come to your house and offer products at a certain price and also offer free products. Once you receive the bill, it is triple the amount they said it would be. The sales person gave a number to reach them at if we needed to but have never been able to get a hold of him. Customer service is another issue. We called to complain about the issue and all of a sudden they have no record of anything the sales guy said so we are just REMOVEDpaying a ridiculous amount for a product that isn't even worth it. As another review mentioned, it seems like they target hispanic customers.

  Royal Prestige neither safeguards nor protects the personal information of its customers; they allow new salespeople to have access to it. These new distributors and salespeople are predatory and deceitful100% NEGLIGENT. I have spent nearly a month trying to return products that I never even opened, and absolutely no one is resolving the issue for me. THEY ARE NOT COMPLYING WITH WARRANTY AND RETURN LAWS. It is the worst company in existence.
