    I opened a Popup add for Ozzi Mozzie fuel saver, as I was trying to check out the website keep popping up with more options, I intend to order a four pack of the Ozzi fuel savers. Without reviewing the site or product due to rush order supposed savings. Tried to correct order some after realizing it charged me for things I didnt order. Just want all my money back and let others know about this ordeal! I have emails to verify my statement.

    I am writing to formally request a full refund for my recent purchase, as the items purchased on January 9 were received damaged, and the overall experience has been frustrating and unsatisfactory.I initially found the product on ******** and believed it would be a good fit for me. However, upon visiting the website, I found the process confusing, and inadvertently purchased the wrong amount of items. I immediately reached out via email to explain the mistake, but there was no way to cancel or correct the order on your site. Unfortunately, I received no assistance from your team at that time, and I was only offered a discount to keep the order.Upon receiving the item, it was clear that it had arrived damagedwarped and possibly waterlogged. I promptly contacted them to request a return, and after providing the requested images and video, I was told to test the product to see if it was functioning. However, the return policy states that opened items cannot be returned, so I clarified this point with them. In response, I was offered a 30% refund to keep the damaged product, which I declined.When I continued to request a return, I was eventually provided with the return paperwork, but was told there was no guarantee of a refund, and that I would be responsible for the customs and shipping costs. This is an unacceptable resolution, especially given that the items were received in damaged condition.Given the circumstances, I insist on a full refund for the damaged items. I am willing to cover the return shipping costs, but I do not believe I should be responsible for any further expenses, including customs, particularly as the product was not as described and was received in an unusable state.I look forward to your prompt response and resolution of this matter.

    My intent was to buy a unit of 3 television extenders. I inadvertently bought 6 due to their confusing marketing website. I opened and tried to use one but it didnt work as advertised. I downloaded their RMA (Return Merchandise Form) and followed their instructions for a refund. I returned 5 unopened boxes and 1 opened (still new) box to the provided address on 9/24/24. I have a communication thread of 20 back and forth emails wondering about the refund timeframe. Ive continued to inquire and have recently received a response saying their return policy ONLY allows for a 50% refund regardless of any circumstances. This is not right. I paid them $149.80. They have all their items back per their instructions and theyre going to refund me 50% if and only if I agree and initiate the transaction. Its now been nearly 4 months.

    In August I purchased 2 products from ***** Mozzie. The website tricked me into 5 products and I was charged for 5 products. Within hours, I immediately emailed the company requesting an order change but they replied it was too late. This was my first indication of questionable practice. When the products arrived they did not work as advertised. I requested to return the product, within the allowable time frame. I was offered a partial refund but opted to return it instead. The company claimed I did not return the product properly and refused to issue my full refund, after I paid for shipping. After multiple emails I requested the partial refund initially offered. By now it is November 2024. I was approved for the partial refund that never arrived. I have emailed numerous times and have been met with a variety of excused from the company. It is now January 11 and I have still received no refund, only excuses. This company is fraudulent. I was charged for more product than I ordered and now am not receiving my due refund. The amount was not insignificant to me.

    Money taken out of my account was on 11/18/24 in amount of *****and then again on same day of $135.84.I only ordered 1 then they said if I buy 2 it will only cost me $50 a piece. So i bought 2. Then they sent me 5 and charged me for it.When received asked for a return shipping address which they didn't want to provide. Instead they said we'll give you a 30% refund instead of returning it. So I agreed then they charged me *****...I still have the email.They also do not have a phone number to contact anyone, it's all done via email.What a rip off.

    I attempted to order one product from this company and was blindly charged 3 separate times for a total of $309.76. I immediately reached out to the company and explained (thinking maybe I had done my order incorrectly). I explained that I only wanted the one product. They responded and said a refund would be sent 5-10 business days but they did not include my card info or where the refund would be sent. I never received a single product from them. I paid through ****** which has turned this into a nightmare for a refund through my credit card. ***** eventually responded via email telling me no products were shipped but since I filed a dispute, they could not do a chargeback until it was lifted. I had the dispute lifted, and still never received a refund. My bank is saying they cannot dispute the charges now because this company didnt communicate how the refund would be sent. This company is a complete scam and has put me out of over $300+ with nothing to show for it.

    I ordered product on Aug 30 2024 ,received and tried 1 of 5 and did not work I contacted company and returned all items for refund on 9/11. They received it on 9/16. Since then I have been trying to get refund and can't get it. They offer 39 percent but I rejected. They have inspected items and all were unopened. They said they would refund all but 1 and keep getting excuses

    On June 29th, I purchased the **** *****, one unit. Because of all of the pop-*** on your ordering site, a second order for 3 units was added to my shopping cart without me realizing. When I received the confirmation on June 30th, I immediately sent back a reply that the order was wrong and asked that one unit be shipped and the order for three units be stopped and my credit card refunded in the amount of $86.55.I was told by Percival - Junior Customer Experience advisor that the three units already shipped along with the one unit (four units in total). I was told I could initiate the return process immediately or keep the units to give them a try and then return them. I would get a 100% discount as "a gift from us to you!". As it turns out, we only need one unit for our needs so I do not need the other three units that I really never wanted in the first place. The three units are in their original boxes with all accessories. They were never used since we already had the one unit to try.On July 31st, I returned the product, original packaging, pictures, RMA form to **** *****. **** ***** said they never got the pictures, so I sent them again.Then I received a notice that they must review returns in bulk and I would have to wait until there were enough returns to review mine. That was on Sept 29th. As of today, November 8th, I still don't have my refund and they still need to review the items to make sure they were acceptable. I never even opened the boxes because they were ordered by mistake.I am keeping one unit, even though I am still not convinced it works, but I want to be fair. I just want my refund for the three units that were ordered by mistake and cancelled within one day.Thank you.

    They keep charging me for a subscription that I have canceled. I dont even know what the subscription is for. They will not respond to my emails. I received a mosquito device from them and I assume that is when the charges began. I have not received anything else from them.
