1 starI ordered a product and after a series of scam-like questions to move through the ordering process I ended up with 4 of the same product. I reached out to customer service to let them know I did not want 4 and only wanted 1 but was told I couldn't change the order. I was told they had a 90 day money back gurantee and that if I wasn't happy, I could return the unwanted product. When the product arrived and I asked how to get my money back, someone name "*****" who had been emailing me completely ghosted me.Ozzi Mozzie

Their website is deceiving, you order what you want and then you go to checkout and you end up at another 'continue' to checkout the problem is when you hit it you end up buying the product listed above that. I got their heating device but ended up with other heat units that run on 220v plugs. I requested to return all these items.2. The email sent back to me said I could return them but would only get 30% of my money back.3. They used heavy-duty plastic as packing material. The shipment went through an airport, and guess what? A few of the boxes holding the items were crushed.Please warn folks not to buy anything from them.Ozzi Mozzie

1 starI wish there was the option of not posting a star, cuz they don't deserve one. This company is a total scam. I purchased a OBC ll fuel efficiency plug in adapter from them, never received it, then requested they send me my money back. All they keep sending is sorry, that they have lots of emails to go thru, or they will only send a third of what the full price was back to me, like really? 1 starThis company is worse than 1 star. If I could give -10 I would. I bought their fuel saver on ******** and I said they had 100% money back guarantee I tried to look them up and couldn't find them and I finally found a email from them in my junk mail so I started talking to them saying I wanted a refund at first they said they wouldn't accept a refund and then they said they give me 30% of what I paid for it and then today I found another email even though I never installed it in my car or open the package they said they could give me a 50% refund and said I could keep the fuel saver when I looked it up online it sells for $9.99 on ****** and ******* and they refuse to give me my full money back so I want to file a complaintOzzi Mozzie

1 starI bought one ***** Mozzie mosquito lamp on 7/30/2024 for $44.98 thru a ******** ad. Big mistake!!! Within one hour I email and did the chat on the website to cancel my order #******. But got the run around because they are so busy!!! I tried the mosquito lamp for 2 weeks and it does not kill mosquitoes. Only moths. I wanted to return it and said I cant because it has been used. Their website 'log in to cancel' doesn't work, and I have gone back and forth with customer support asking to cancel 8 times, but they keep saying "Before we cancel...". 1 starThis is honestly my first Amazon review I have ever written. I am only writing this review to save people the headache that I went through when purchasing this product. Not only does this product not work, they deceptively sign you up for some monthly VIP CLUB and auto charge your card. They have made it impossible for me to cancel this subscription that they deceptively signed me up for. I have gone back and forth with them trying to cancel and told them that they pushed me to the point that I am now going to write honest reviews all over the internet because of the nature of their scam. I have honestly never come across more of a dishonest company! I have informed them that I will be taking legal action if they cannot effectively cancel my membership. They said it was shipped, but it wasnt. They constantly send email responses offering a discount oppose to returning your money. I never received the product and they have yet to issue a refund.
