My practice has been using My Tax Prep Office for 5 years now. We love the software and will continue to use it. Customer service is there when I need them, both by phone or chat. Timely response and software is excellent. Has all the integrations I need and love the cloud and electronic signatures.

Just started using My Tax Prep Office and had a great 1:1 with Jade.
I like the interface, the responsiveness and of course not being tied to a particular operating system. While the data conversion from competitors is not 100% (never is for anyone), I was able to get by with Jade's help and support has been great.

Have been using MyTaxPrepOffice for a few years now. Customer Service in the beginning was a challenge, but they have improved in the last three years. Issues/problems were submitted online and they have responded promptly versus calling them and being put on hold for extended time periods! Their pricing structure has been very reasonable and their tax software package is very user friendly. i do have to remember to watch out for unique tax rules which are specific to my home state of Arizona when i complete my AZ state tax returns.MyTAXPrepOffice

My experience with My Tax Prep Office Software has been very exciting, and their customer support is the tops, since I have been with the company. The customer support doesn't just want to get you off the phone, but they take their time, to actually listen to the problem you might encounter along the way. They are truly professional in their own right. I had been a another tax software for 20 years and I always felt I was treated as a small fish in their books. Believe me, when you are trying to run your business in a professional manner, you need all the moral support to continue give great customer service to your clients. You don't need a company treating unfairly, because at one time, they were a tiny dot in the tax software. I felt it was time to move on and I am very happy when I made the switch. Believe me, it was hard for me to make the move, because I was trained by my employer using this particular software, and I really like the way the software had performed and live up to its name. Now I am with My Tax Prep Office Software Company, and now I am very satisfied I finally had made the correct move for my small business. My Tax Office Software is none other but the best there is in the Tax Industry. I am looking to continue my business using My Tax Prep Office Software.
