    **** uses fraudulent practices like auto subscribing customers to a fake "subscription" without customer even applying on an order for something that charges ***** per month. If you dont find out quickly that your bank debit account is being charged this monthly fee you will not get back prior months ONLY the current month. I filed a **** dispute to get my money back -- $79.44 It's a fraud practices company. If you like the product ONLY order thru Amazon - Do not go to there web site. There customer service is useless. Will only refund the current month fake subscription fee - and by the way they did it in lightening speed because they know it is all FAKE

    I ordered a pair of the nano socks and at the end they added in all these allegedly free or discounted items but in the end they immediately charged my card for $56.85. I wanted to cancel the order (just in case you need to know the phone number is a series of the same recording over and over again) but couldn't do that. I just want my $$ refunded and I will never order from them or anyone online again.

    Like other reviewers, my complaint relates to the unauthorized subscription that the company initiated after my single purchase of compression socks. The sock product is great but the subscription to NanoHealth is secretive, hidden, and lacks any value commensurate with a charge of $39.95 per month. In response to my complaint, the company issued a gift card (rather than a refund) that can only be used for additional purchases. I would not purchase again from the company, which is a shame because I love the compression socks I purchased originally.

    I purchased Nanosocks for a trip that I took in August 2023. Since then Nanosocks has charged my account for some on line subscription that I did not authorize. This has been upsetting and deceptive on the companys part. When I did catch the charge in April 2024 and called customer service my account was credited for the April charge and the subscription I never authorized was cancelled.Want to make sure that others know of the deceptive practice associated with Nanosocks.

    I bought the Nano Socks and can say that they really did help! So I decided to buy some for my grandson who was having problems with his legs! I put them on my credit card and then several months later seen that there were recurring charges on my card from that company that shouldn't have been there, and had to call my credit card company and have them blocked from my card and some of the monthly charges went back to far for my credit card to remove! So beware if you purchase from this company that it doesn't happen to you!

    Based on my experience and the other reviews it seems as though this business makes legitimate sales and then follows it up with illegitimate charges with the hopes that people wont notice, refunding and apologizing when theyre caught.This is exactly what happened to me. I made an order and then was charged $39.95 several weeks later that I did not authorize.

    My wife ordered compression socks only and only one time but she is stiil being charged monthly for services that are not authorized and are not being rendered. To me this is theft and should be addressed. The monthly charges need to stop if not returned.
