Same problem as everybody else. My 89-yo father placed an order in July. In September they started charging him $38.73/month. Total scam.

I contacted Nanosocks separately from this review, and they did refund 4 months of the subscription fee. While I appreciate that, I still find this practice highly suspect. The fact that a subscription "may" be launched is hidden deep in the terms and conditions. That needs to be much clearer.

They claim we signed up to receive a health newsletter from them on ********, to the tune of $38.73 per month. We would never have done this. When calling to request a refund, I was told, "that's your problem" since I didn't catch it sooner (we had charges in Aug, Sept, Oct, Nov, and Dec 2024). The *** canceled my "recurring charge" and did credit me for last month's charge - why would they credit me if I'm in the wrong? I will be filing a dispute with our bank, but I'm sure that ************************** will fabricate that we agreed to receive the newsletter. Purchasing socks should not be enough to authorize a recurring charge. I would have given a 0-star rating if it were available. Nanosocks: There is no need to ***ly to this message as I know you won't mean anything you say, judging by your previous responses of "offering to make things right".

This is the standard reply provided by nanosocks to every person who has filed a negative review of nanosocks on BBB. We did not give our permission for them to charge our card for a monthly service - which we NEVER received. A dispute has been filed with our bank as a result of this scam. We have asked for a full refund of five months of payments and will settle for nothing less. One month's refund is not enough.

Nano Socks knowingly charges your payment method every month until YOU CATCH THEM. All they want is your first order to get your information. This is fraud and they should be charged and shut down. The answer I was given was It gives you access to their website . **** - the website is free. The US Attorney General should investigate.

My 86 year old mother was desperately in pain when she saw the commercial of NanoSocks. In February 19, she ordered 3 pairs and paid $60.07. She was pleased with the socks but not with the 5 unauthorized charges of $39.77 in May, June, July, Aug, Sep!!! . That's $200 of money from someone who is living on fixed income!!! .Also, I wonder why would the charges of $39.77 started to happen in May when my mom's order was made February (3 months later?!) These charges are not only unauthorized but its very sneaky. To make matters worse, I was told by Discover Card that they had to reverse 3 of the credits of $39.77 that were initially issued because NanoSocks showed them proof of a delivery of a service? My mom bought SOCKS period. I found out that they were referring to a digital product? Really!!! My mom is 86. When i opened her emails, those nano emails were not even read at all! This is not only a scam. It is bordering elder abuse!!! Abuse I will not stop until justice is given to my mom. and I end with a warning to other elders to beware of NanoSocks. They;re Fake.

I have been charged and my credit card debited for 6 pairs of nano socks and ordered and received only 2 pair. I have called the 1877 number which was on my card 4 separate times and an automated voice said the call could not be completed t this time call back later. I then called 888 205 number and spoke to a person who said he could not do anything. I asked to speak to a supervisor because i believe there is a cr3edit card scam or fraud on your end and he said that was not possible. He said all supervisors were busy and would call me back. They have not. This is very disturbing because it looks to me like you have a history of this from the customer reviews. I would like this to be resolved quickly so i do not have to resort to further action. 11/4/24

Scammed my 80 yr old mother with these unauthorized recurring charges after only wanting one pair of these & forces her to hold for half an hour at a time only to ultimately get sent to voicemail EVERY SINGLE TIME SHE CALLS. Shame on you, you know what you're doing. Reported to credit card company as fraud for full refund & start an investigation so this can't keep happening to unsuspecting people.

I purchased several pairs of compression socks from Nano Socks on March 18, 2024 which they charged me on my credit card for $99.67 and $12.99. When I reviewed my credit card today, I noticed that they have been charging my credit card $39.77 every month starting in May through August every month (so far a total of 4 months). I am requesting that they process a refund for the 4 months that theyve been charging me.
