1 starThis is the same complaint as the others . I bought the nano socks May 23..23. Didn't fit, I took the money off and kept the socks. You then starting to take monry out of my credit card. STARTED July 24 2023 for ***** again on September ***** Oct 23 for ***** November 30_.***** and again December 22 for ***** I call and spoke to ONE OF YOUR REPS IT WAS A gentleman and he told me it was for a subscription,as I told him what was I getting for a subscription.. so you are taking money from us and we are not getting nothing in return. YOU WERE JUST TAKING OUR MONEY He couldn't tell me. This should be corrected...so you owe me ****** *****Nano Socks

5 starsI'm pretty pleased with these socks after wearing them for a week. Since starting to take them, I have not experienced any pain or soreness. Furthermore, I have noticed that working longer hours without experiencing tension improves my quality of sleep at night. Very strongly suggested.Nano Socks

1 starI bought a pair of their socks 1/27/23 and just yesterday I noticed a charge for their subscription, that I never signed up for. And they have NEVER SENT ME ANYTHING ANYWAY.So I look back in my past statements and sure enough, Nanosocks has taken almost $40 out of my account every single month for all of 2023. 1 starHave seen similar complaint. Order the socks and end up with a reoccurring charge for what they say is a subscription. Have never received said subscription! Did refund/cancel 2 months charges but warned me to know what I am ordering! No stars!Nano Socks

1 starYes, my wife got some socks, but then we were charged another $34.77 each month for 6 months. Yes, its my fault I didnt question these charges. I noticed them but I figured my wife, who has neuropathy, was just buying more socks. Anyway, I called the phone number for NANOSKS (conveniently listed on the card statement) and they told me the charges were for a VIP Meal Plan subscribed to via ********* (My wife never signed up for it.) ******* refunded one month (BTW the latest charge was $39.77!) but said she would not refund the earlier charges. I have disputed these charges through *****, requesting credit, but dont know the outcome yet. How does a company like this remain in business?How do its employees and owners sleep at night?Nano Socks

1 starOrdered & received one pair of socks that were initially supposed to be $22.00 but changed to $38.95 at the end of order, decided to place order anyway. The socks are great and help with my feet pain. Then every sixty days a fraudulent charge of $34.77 showed on credit card. Called Nano Socks to inquire, they said it was a ************ Plan & a Physician's Meal Plan. Explained that I didn't sign up for that or never seen anything about it during the online ordering process, plus didn't speak to a Physician or receive a meal plan. Demanded a refund of the two fraudulent charges and explained that I would be reporting them for fraud and never ordering from them again in the future. I immediately called my card card company to report the fraudulent charges and they were already seeing a pending refund. Be careful and check credit card statements closely...Nano Socks

1 starWhat a SCAM! They charged me almost $60 for ONE pair. When I saw the charge, I immediately called them and cancelled the order. They sent the socks anyway. I called them to tell them I had cancelled the order. They told me not to open them but to return them so I did. I called 4 times requesting a refund only to be told it was up to the "warehouse". This went on for 4 months! So they scammed me out of $60. BEWARE.Nano Socks

1 starI suffer with neuropathy in my feet and came across this merchant on line. I have to admit they had a pretty, convincing sales pitch. In good faith, I placed my first order 14 November 2023. The total order came to $102,98 of which I was VERY SURPRISED!! It was received November 20, 2023. I can't recall if I actually ordered that much merchandise from them as their website is not to user friendly. But that was the amount charged to my credit card. I did receive some merchandise from this company, but again I was surprised at the amount. To be very honest I thought I was only getting a couple of pair of socks. Thinking I had made the error, I let it go and decided that I would not order anything else from them again. Then in checking my credit card statement this month, I see yet another charge from this company in the amount of $34.77 with no merchandise being received. I see in others comments that others feel they have been scammed. I am requesting the company to refund the amount of $34.77. If they chose to not step up and make this right, I will report them as a fraudulent business to my credit card company. They, NANO SOCKS need to STEP UP and DO the RIGHT thing.Nano Socks
